Original manga timeline approximations with some facts told in the story, up to story start
Took from mother and home, looks like Ranma's primary mode of movement is crawling (let's say Ranma is around 1-2 years old here)
6 years old; meets and befriends Ukyo (flashback says "10 years ago," while Ranma is lead to believe 16)
10; Catfist/Nekoken training (flashback says "When he was 10 years old")
11-13; meets Ryoga in Junior High (middle school; Japan includes 9th[Western high school freshmen])
11-13; after a few months in school the Saotome men leave for China (let's say it was 11 so they have about 5 years traveling in China [which doesn't quite work in not knowing any Chinese after that much time spent there])
13-16 Jusenkyo, the Amazon village, dragon whisker (flashback says years ago, Ranma-chan eats it) while fleeing Xian Pu (Shampoo), we know this because Ranma has unbraided pigtail when met Xian Pu.
16-17 Tendo Dojo (first chapter/episode of Ranma 1/2) and the rest of the series to the failed wedding.
A note about the Amazons:
Chinese Amazons are the more violent/vicious, were driven east of the known world into what is now China. They no longer kill the males but have evolved into a gender role reversal to the rest of the world. (Information and qualities observed in manga/anime, and the original Greek mythos. As generations pass outlooks and ideas change.)
Wonder Woman's Themyscira Amazons are more loving/peaceful, retreated out of mans world to one the gods made for them. The Amazons of this island are the same that lived during the Grecian times. (Information and qualities observed in comic/graphic novels, and in the Wonder Woman animated movie special features.)
Power/ability note: Cross between Golden & Silver Age, and movie Krypton. Krypton has higher gravity therefore the same muscles do more in earth gravity, think Superman movies. Takes a while for sun to empower, just slightly superhuman, think Smallville. Kal-El lands in Smallville as a todler, takes until adulthood for him to become Superman. Even then he still is increasing in power.
Genma and/or Ranma can delude themselves into thinking that it was just training that allowed Ranma to do what the powers can. The Jusenkyo guide having missed when Ranma fell into the spring.
Jusenkyo Options: No Kryptonian armies. The spring only works for a single or handful of cursing's. Handful example would be the next curse would be half as strong as Ranma, the third would be half again the second (quarter of Ranma), four half of three (eighth of Ranma) so on.
The Great Will was leaving. Things done under the influence, were mostly undone with this last act.
