As they started crossing the Atlantic in the javelin, Green Lantern pulled up the history records of one Ranma Saotome. His records were very slim preceding two years ago but then it became much thicker. Ranma's school records were spotty, missing entire grades until he reached Nermia. His medical history had several severe injuries that doctors' noted as possible child abuse and there was a span of several months of animal related injuries such as deep lacerations, bite marks and contusions from several varieties of felines. As well as a history of believed malnutrition and many martial arts injuries such as broken bones. This included dislocated joints and torn muscles. John whistled and turned pale as he started to read Ranma's medical history included much odder and more numerous injuries. What also amazed him was how fast Ranma recovered from these injuries and seemed to be recovering at an accelerated pace. The more times he was injured the more resistant to the same trauma he seemed to be. His present doctor, Dr. Tofu, seemed to have a double set of records for Ranma. All Ranma's medical said see file Ranko.
John brought the odd injuries and possible child abuse to the attention of his teammates as he read the files out loud. Green Arrow upon hearing of the numerous injuries said "Gees Bats, it sounds like he trains even harder than you do." Batman eyes narrowed as he heard this information, not acknowledging Green Arrow's statement. The Martian Manhunter and Wonder Women were both worried about the possible mention of child and wondered how a parent could allow such injuries to occur at such a young age. Especially at the father stated they were training related injuries. Batman request John to try checking criminal history and/or reports on both Ranma and Genma Saotome, who was listed as Ranma's parent and trainer in the medical records. Upon checking the police reports and witness' statements they discovered that Genma was accused of many petty crimes. These were small time theft and food related crime such dine and dashing and stealing of food. Whereas Ranma, seemed more as a local hero capturing small time criminals and bullies and dropping them off at the police station. He also seemed to be around large amounts of property damage. The police has standing orders of a hands off approach too as the report quoted "Ranma as the semi leader of the Nermian wrecking crew which consisted of the following names as well as alias' that were also noted as rivals, fiancée and allies" Then John said with a questioning tone in his voice "what is going on here?" Diana asked John to contain reading about this so called "wrecking crew" as these would be some of the people that Hermes’s had mentioned. As Diana wondered to herself, "just what was her Goddess getting her into?" Her teammates were thinking similar unspoken thoughts.
