Harry Potter was an interesting person. Just ask four different people in the wizarding world about the Boy-Who-Lived and you'll get five different replies. Of course all those replies would be wrong, unless one of those people were among the very exclusive group of people who actually knew Harry.
Unlike the vast majority of students, Harry had figured out that Nerima was a Muggle place instead of being a wizard area. The people in the city just had too much common sense to be wizards. Harry had kept his mouth shut and decided to just enjoy the fact that he was 10,000 miles away from the Drusleys, Voldemort, and the mindless British wizarding world.
When Mousse released the lust dust, Harry had been chatting with Shampoo about how she felt about living in Nerima. The reason why Harry was doing this was he wanted to see how other people felt about being thrown into a different society than the one they were used to. The fact that Shampoo was friendly and could speak fluent Queen's English also helped motivate Harry to talk to her.
It therefore wasn't surprising that Shampoo tackled Harry as soon as she was hit by the Lust Dust. Harry desperately tried to fight off the effects of the Lust Dust. However, being able to resist the Imperio did not mean that Harry could resist Lust Dust. Before you could say wicked, Shampoo had hauled Harry off to her room and the two were knocking boots till the cows came home.
While this was going on, Cologne and Dumbledore were having a testy reunion in Cologne's office. This heated debate between the ancients abruptly ended when the duo heard Shampoo screamed. Cologne and Dumbledore raced down the hallway worried about Shampoo. They stopped at Shampoo's room where the door was open showing the duo doing the nasty. Quick as lighting, Cologne knocked Shampoo and Harry out with blows from her cane. She then turned to Dumbledore and hissed out, "Why is one of your charges defiling our Great-granddaughter Husband?!"
