"No one touches the trademark," Ranma seriously warned, grabbing his braid in his fist.
"A proper gentleman always reports to his date well-groomed. That definitely requires his locks be nattily trimmed and combed."
"Yeah!? I don't remember your hair lookin' no different on a date!"
"You have followed me on my dates, have you Saotome? Jealous that the Pigtailed Girl would entertain any suitor other than you?" The samurai ran his fingers vaingloriously through his thick mane. "I am already a proper gentleman. Any more manly perfection would be too much for the weaker sex to bear. I refrain out of kindness."
The pigtailed boy's comment was disrupted by Ryoga's shouting. "What are you ladies doing with my head!?! Hey! I feel STEAM from that water!" Her bandanna had been removed and her cursed form was being pushed toward a basin. The still totally naked Ryoga was seconds from getting a shampoo!!
SPLASH! Without thinking, Ranma had leaped into the giant, acrylic cocktail glass that had yet to be removed. He was in time to use his magic jujitsu technique to throw his Jusenkyo curse back onto Ryoga, returning her girl-form before it entirely left. But as long as real hot water touched the boy-into-girl, he had to remain in the spicy-hot cold water, for fear that she would unchange.
"I see that you have decided to embrace the Grooming Principle! There's hope for you, yet, Saotome. Manservants!"
Ranma was quickly surrounded and being stripped of his Chinese clothes. Surprise gave way to defensiveness gave way to resentment gave way to queasiness gave way to...a growing understanding of what Happosai felt whenever he had to suffer a male's touch.
"Don't you DARE get out, Ranma!" Ryoga yelled. "I Challenge you to go through everything I had have to on this "date"!"
