"Ranma, you idiot! This wouldn't be a martial arts competition!" Akane told the idiot.
"You've been inside the Kuno place." The pigtailed boy's battle aura was intensifying.
"We were considered TRESPASSERS. This time we'd set the gadgets on ourselves?"
The battle aura waned. "Oh. Yeah."
"I can't believe you," muttered Akane, turning again. "You were looking forward to years of booby traps."
"Akane! If a martial artist doesn't keep challenged, his skills go stale..." he followed trying to prove he wasn't that big an idiot. "Didn't you ever hear about those comic book Danger Rooms?"
"Well, if they don't want the Kuno estate, I do."
"Nabiki!?" Akane was halted by her sister in the doorway.
"(Ho, ho) Who're you?" Bubu asked, grinning.
"I'm the third party of the second part."
"What??" Bubu looked through the will in his hands.
"I believe it is illegal to conduct a will's reading without a proper period of discovery. I also believe it is entirely unethical that you conduct a reading without any other legal representative who can confirm your interpretation. I will file court papers to those effects."
"Nabiki, I don't make this something for the Supreme Court of Japan!" said Akane.
"What the dudette said," said Bubu.
"I will, unless you answer me this: Does that will specify any eligibility requirements other than that they merely be any member of the Anything-Goes School of Martial Arts who is a legal minor at the time of it's signing?"
"Uh..." by now the surfer lawyer had reached the last page, "No."
"Then I, Nabiki Tendo, age 18, of the Tendo Dojo claim the Kuno estate!"
