Ranma was sitting on the roof thinking of the large burst of power that erupted from Juuban a few nights ago. What frightened the slayer of Saffron was the power. It was so much more powerful than Saffron had been at his greatest.
Every since that night Ranma had been having dreams of fighting with a man with long silver hair and others. Men and women wielding great magics and fighting techniques that made the ones he knew and had seen weak in comparison.
'Gara.' Ranma tilted his head in thought. 'That was the name that those people in my dreams called me. I was...'
Ranma just shook his head in frustration when his mind just couldn't recall anymore.
"Something tells me my life is going to be chaotic again but unlike before I won't mind at all." Ranma smiled to himself as he went to sleep on the roof.
Off to one side Kasumi Tendo watched the man she had come to love after all he done to for the family. Especially what Ranma had gone through in China. Kasumi had seen that Ranma was nervous after that night when they had sensed that power. Kasumi went inside and into her room. She went to her desk and opened a drawer.
Inside a drawer was an old and thick book. A book written by Tia Noto Yoko. A book of powerful magic that she had bought as she been compelled to. She had tried a few of the spells and to her surprise they worked. She would help Ranma through this.
In a home a woman smiled as she watched the two through a mirror. The book she had written found itself in good hands.
The next morning Ranma was dragged to a store by Akane and in that store was a long sword. A sword he knew.
The sword Murasame.
Pain engulfed Ranma's mind as memories flooded back. He felt a hand on his shoulder and heard a female voice.
"Are you all right sir?"
