SG-1 and Hammond watched as Setsuna calmly said, “While I do want to continue this conversation of ours, I have certain duties that I must attend to. But before I go, I want to send something to Maj. Carter’s lab. Like Col. O’Neill Maj. Carter’s soul is a reincarnated soul that possesses a Sailor Crystal. Unlike Col. O’Neill Maj. Carter is a reincarnation from the Silver Millennium so she needs a special device to activate the power she has. The item that I want to send over is the item that she can use to unlock her power. May I transport it over?”
Sam turn and gave Hammond her curious and yet skeptical glance. Part of her wanted to study whatever alien device that might come over, but on the other hand she had just gotten out of that armband mess. Hammond carefully thought about the situation and in the end he said, “You have my permission to transport the item over Sailor Pluto.” As far as Hammond was concerned this was a classic case of in for a penny, in for a pound.
Setsuna nodded her head and said, “It will only take a moment.” A small glittery flash of light suddenly appeared on a rare empty space of Sam’s workbench. The lightshow lasted for a few seconds before it ended to reveal a simple heart-shaped locket. In a slightly mysterious tone Setsuna said, “That is the moon locket. Maj. Carter has always known what she needs to saw to awaken her power. She just needs to remember to remember with her heart instead of with her mind.” Before anyone could say anything more to Setsuna the Senshi of Time ended the transmission.
Normally Samantha Carter was a very logical and common sense type of person who didn’t just instantly react to a gut impulse. However, there just seemed to be something about the locket that was calling out to her. If Sam was thinking logically she would probably assume that there was some sort of compulsion generating device built into the seemingly innocent locket. Before anyone in the room could react Sam snatched the locket and said, “Moon Prism Power, Make-Up!”
Before Sam could wonder why she was doing this or even where she thought up those ridiculous sounding words she felt herself being raised off of the ground. Sam just couldn’t find the right words to describe what was happening to her. The best she could come to is that it was like a full spa treatment with the additional feeling of a great power waking up inside her.
When the lightshow ended Sam discovered that she hadn’t left her seat. Sam was about to apologize for her actions when she notice that she was wearing long white gloves. With a sense of dread Sam then looked down to see what other changes to her uniform had occurred. She took one look at the frilly fuku that had replaced the BDU’s she had just been wearing and let loose blood curdling scream of terror.
