General Hammond was really wishing that he could have a nice normal week with the Goa’uld trying to enslave Earth to deal with. Instead he had to deal with the chaos that surrounded two members of his flagship team do to their latest adventure. About the only thing that this adventure had that was similar to SG-1’s normal adventures was the paperwork it generated. And boy was there a lot of paperwork. Thanks to Sam’s ‘Shriek Attack’ every monitor, mirror, and glass item in the base needed to be replace. Of course this problem was compounded by the fact that the military amazingly enough didn’t have a form for ‘supplies damaged because female officer has gained a magical transformation.’
If Hammond had been a petty man he probably would have enjoyed Sam’s discomfort as Jack almost literally dragged her through the corridors of the SGC to one of the outdoor shooting ranges. By now everyone in the SGC had seen or heard about Sam wearing that outfit so she was going to have a very hard time living it down. Personally, Hammond had to wonder just who designed ‘Tuxedo Mask’s’ and ‘Sailor Moon’s’ uniforms or created those attacks. Both Jack and Sam were mortified to have attacks like Tuxedo La Smoking Bomber or Moon Twilight Flash.
Suddenly Hammond’s phone rang and he quickly answered it. To his surprise it was one of the security guards calling. “General Hammond you might want to come up here. We’ve got a talking cat here asking to see Major Carter. The cat claims she’s from the Silver Millennium? Do you want us to take the cat into custody?”
Hammond sighed and said, “No sergeant I don’t believe that it will be necessary to put the cat into custody. Just have one of your men escort our guest to one of the upper level meeting rooms and I’ll be there shortly. And remember sergeant, this incident never happened.” After ending the call with the sergeant Hammond hit a button on his desk. The general then calmly said over the intercom, “SG-1 report to my office. We have a new visitor to deal with that is connected to the situation that you are dealing with.”
