Akane's Labor: Lucky Shots [Episode 20984]

Having lived for so many years, Ku Loren had learned the virtue of patience. It had lasted through the Clone Wars, the Rise of The Empire and the Galatic Civil War. Though all that conflict and rushing, she had found that there were idiots in just about every place and that the only way to deal with them was to wait their foolishness out. Even something as little as keeping a ship steady became easy when one had to deal with officers who did not understand the ways of the force.

But she had not lived so long by being stupid, as letting a ship get blown up while she was still on it would be.

Akane grunted as she was slammed into the side of her seat while the ship jerked to one side. She managed to see a streak of light pass at the same time that she reflexively pulled the triggers for the weapons. Both she and one of the enemy pilots must have been surprised when the freak shot managed to connect with one of the fighters. That left the other pilot as so much vapor and Akane in a state of shock.

#"Nice Shot!"# came in ove the communicator, #"Now we have to move o to part two."#

"Huh? Wha..." Akane shook off the haze and turned her attention to the words that she had just heard. "What exactly is 'part two'?"

Xiang chuckled. #"It means that we have to join up again."#

"And how do we manage that?"
