Okay Setsuna was not happy with Ranma being Hades Kamen. She wanted things to be as they originally were before this whole paradox storm happened. It wasn’t that Setsuna hated Ranma; she just liked things to be neat and orderly which was impossible with him around. However, the Senshi of Time was willing to put up with how things were now and not attempt to correct the timeline. She had seen far worse timelines then this one like say the Succubi Senshi. Besides, deities were involved now and Setsuna knew that messing with them only led to a Darwin Award.
When Setsuna looked into the future she saw that Crystal Tokyo was still shining brightly. Even better Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion were together and ruling over the Earth in a wise and just manner. Ranma being married to one or sometimes two of the Sailor Senshi well that was a tough pill to swallow, but Setsuna was willing to put up with it since Ranma wasn’t with Usagi and it wasn’t some sort of mass harem. Bigamy Setsuna could put up with, it was the full blown harems that set her blood boiling.
Next Setsuna checked to see how ‘Hades Kamen’ and the rarely seen ‘Sailor Persephone’ would affect the immediate future. Oh she knew that Ranma’s chaotic nature wouldn’t allow her to see things in too much detail, but she could at least get the cliff notes version of important events. One of the things that stood out in the various timelines was Ranma’s association with the Outers. Through bizarre circumstances or the interference of some higher power, Ranma rarely joined a Sailor battle unless one or more of the Outer Senshi were involved. But at the same time, Ranma’s presence seemed to insure that the Outers got involved in the monster battles more often instead of just leaving some groups to the Inners.
Of course, Ranma’s association with the Outers did bring a few problems as well. Some problems were rather stupid like Minako and Makoto complaining about how a pair of lesbians had a cute hunk that they weren’t willing to let them borrow. Other problems were rather embarrassing like that one reporter who kept on describing Ranma and Mamoru in his newspaper articles as ‘rival magical girl pimps’. And finally there were the troubling problems like one of Ranma’s fiancées finding out that he was Hades Kamen and attacking one or more of the senshi over ‘stealing her man’. Usually nothing really dangerous came out of those timelines, but it was still quite disconcerting to watch Ami having the local hit man on speed dial.
Aside from the increase garbage output from the underground porn industry involving the Sailor Senshi and a crazy Nerima style misadventure happening from time to time, this was a fairly good time line. Not the timeline Setsuna wanted, but still a good consolation prize. Setsuna then turned her attention to…
