"A werecheetah !?" Gar was the only one to turn to look at the newcomer, the girls too busy staring at Ranma's hot bod. Seance had come out of the house to see what all that noise was about. Genn wasn't far behind him, straightening her clothes. Gar snickered, making them blush "Er... Is that Raphiel ?"
"Nope. Never seen him before... He said his name was Ranma Something..." Gar was starting to grow angry, that boy had wrecked their hard work and no one said anything.
Seance made a few gestures and whispered an incantation. Glowing runes flared in the air but nothing happened. Gar and Genn were puzzled "What did you do ?"
"I used a detection spell to ascertain our visitor's nature. He's not another golem of Tanya. Ranma here is a real werecheetah" Seance's expression became thoughtful "I wonder how he survived the werewolves' attack..."
Gar scratched his head "Not a clue... Hey ! Gina said her instruments sensed a time disturbance. Maybe he's a time traveller from the past ?"
And while the apprentice aura mage and Julia's first student were discussing the possibilities, the various girls kept admiring Ranma's 'attributes'. He was sure giving everyone a free show, moving and bouncing like that.
Brianna's eyes were glazed over and the lycanthropoid was slowly moving into glomping range, her mind torn between wanting to make a good first impression or just take him to her bedroom for the mother of all nookies. Aaarggh ! She had to have them both !
Gina was contemplating dragging the werestud to her laboratory for tests, lots of tests. She had to make sure he was the real thing, right ? She wiped the drool coming out of her mouth.
Luan and Karla were lost in private fantasies involving Ranma, a king-size bed, whipped cream and cherries.
As for Brittany, she was nodding absently at everything Ranma said, too lost in checking him out. Surely a body like that had to be granted by the gods themselves ("Damn straight !" said Bast up in heaven), that shirt outlined all his muscles very nicely and the spandex pants were so tight that she could see... *Whap !* Bad thought ! She was married, for god's sake... She should not stare at this boy... man... hunk's buns of steel... *Gah ! I didn't need that image in my head ! Stop it ! Think muffin thoughts... muffin thoughts...*
Her body was on automatic and she absently gave Ranma the autograph he asked for. She didn't even react at the sight of the Gold Digger Swimsuit Special #2 where she put her signature. Gar took notice, however "That... that little... I'm going to kill that bastard !"
Ranma (or Gar, we'll never know) was saved from a severe beating by the sudden glow in the eye of Thundera. Ranma took the sword in his hand and instinctively raised the guard at eye level "Sword of Omens, grant me sight beyond sight..."
A vision of impending danger came to Ranma. It was...
