Now this had gotten the attention of all gathered, breaking through the haze of lust that was slowly going to make the women break out into an all out nookie-thon. (Bast's Note: Awww, NUTS!)
"WHAT!?" Gar said, as he felt a lump form in the pit of his stomach. There was no way he was going to sit by while something happened to his little sister! "WHERE ARE THEY!? WHAT ARE THEY FIGHTING!?"
Ranma studied the vision area a bit more. He could see teh area more clearly. "They're on Jade... I believe it's Seer's Hamlet." Ranma said, a bit unsure. He couldnt get past the haze of fire to see the area clearly.
"Well, who is attacking them?" Brianna asked, taking off the safety settings and putting her power armor back on line.
"Hold on, let me concetrate!" Ranma said, to which thankfully, the others did calm down. For some reason, all Ranma could see was the intense fire. A crimson furt that was engulfing the Retreat. He could see that Sheila was working incredibly hard to keep the fire in check.
And then Ranma made a realization that made his blood run cold. Sheila wasn't just trying to control fire, she was fighting a person... She was trying to fight a god!
"SAFFRON!!!" Ranma screamed. He took the sword away and looked over at Gina. "Gina, can you get your father to take us to jade, or can you use one of your Light Gates?"
"Dad is away on business for the Conclave, but I can get the Light Gate ready in a few minutes!" Gina said. She ran into the house. They had to hurry.

Saffron was laughing as he continued to weave chaos all around him. Half of the city was burning, and if he had his way, the whole city will be ablaze.
After all, Saffron's advisors had all of a sudden picked up the energy signature of this city. It was as if it had appeared all of a sudden. Investigating, the Phoenix soldiers found the whole area to be saturated in magical energies. Energies which Saffron could feed upon.
Being returned to adulthood, Saffron thought he was being kind by offering the people of this city to become his slaves. HOW DARE THEY STAND UP AGAINST HIM!? Oh well, he'd just burn them all to hell. There was no way he could allow such power to be used against him!
Saffron roared as he felt another attack of ice hit him. That little catgirl was really getting on his nerves. That magical ice could stand up to the heat of his flames and actually hurt him. Oh well, she was only ONE werecat. The others weren't holding up as well. His own magically-enhanced fire was doing hell to their healing abilities, yet somehow, this little one would dare to stand up to him. "You'd dare stand up to a god, little werecat?"
"Of course!" The girl screamed. "I am Sheila od the Edge Guard, it is my job to stop baddies like you! PREPARE FOR A KAPOWIE!!!"
Saffron sneered as the werejaguar lunged at him. "Pathetic little werecat, throwing your life away..." He muttered. From his hand erupted a huge pilalr of fire that was heading straight for Sheila.
Sheila was wide-eyed. There was no way she could block an attack such as this, or even get out of the way. She was TOAST!
However, before such an attack could land, a figure stood before Sheila. The man held up a shield, which somehow was blocking the man's attack. Sheila was amazed. This guy was fast, he seemed powerful, he seemed well-armed, he had a nice butt... Wait-a-minute... Had a nice butt?
Saffron stopped feeding energies to his attack. Surely, the small werecat would be incinerated. Saffron however, was shocked to see someone else standing there. Saffron's eyes widened as he recognized the Lion head pattern of the Aegis Shield. But who would wield such a powerful defensive tool?
Saffron watched as the man, another werecat lowered the shield. Saffron wouldn't have givenit much thought, except for the eyes. Those cold eyes. Those eyes which he had faced once before. "YOU!!!"
Ranma smirked. "Glad you remember me, Saffron."
Sheila was impressed and confused. She was grateful tho this werecheetah for coming to save her, but how? How was there another werecheetah? And how was it he knew this Phoenix?
Sheila was surprised to see more people converge on the scene. There were the Diggers sisters, Seance, Gennm, and her brother and Julia's other students. "BRO!"
"SIS!" Gar was at his siter's side. While he didn't like Ranma much, he was thankful for the guy defending her sister. "You okay?"
"I'm fine." Sheila answered. "But who is that?"
"His name is Ranma." Gar answered.
Then, surprising to all, Ranma did a series of poses.
"EDGE GUARD!" Was Ranma's call. The sword grew in length.
The Edge Guard: Gar, Sheila, Thropan, Onli, Tirga, their eyes glew with a yellow light.
"EDGE GUARD!" Ranma called again, the Sword of Omens was now twice as long.
The Edge Guard tha had fallen were now standing. For some reason, they could feel envigorated with power.
Gina looked at her wrist-computer. The energies coming off the sword were not only reviving the Edge Guard, but making the Edge Guard, their weapons, and Ranma much more powerful.
"EDGE GUARD CATS, HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" Ranma held the sword high, as the shilouette of a feline's head rose from the sword's hilt and was seen across the sky.
The Edge Guard stood by Ranma, feeling more powerful than ever!"
Ranma smirked. "Hey Saffron! You feel the magic? You hear the roar?"
Saffron roared in fury. "INFIDELS!!!"

In the heavens, the goddesses at this point, were quite drunk and singing together. "Feel the magic, here the roar, Thundercats are loose! Thunder, Thunder, Thunder, THUNDERCATS!!!"
