The wooden ships bit, for instance. It's quite sensible to say that the arrogant attitude of the Emperor of Jurai was being chastised by both wives after his escort fleet's humiliating defeat by a mostly-landbound blur.
The resulting conversation on his just wanting to put his heir in his place and the grand beating by his wives that resulted is being omitted here, due to intense bloodshed. Mostly because Tenchi's Gals joined in--even Aeka. (He was whining, anyhow.)
Mara.. well..
"Hmmph! I should be trying to tear that brat a new one. WHY won't Hild authorize a hit on that, that..." Mara's rant was interrupted by a chunk of brimstone dropping on her head. she picked it up and read it aloud (in Old Demonic). "Because he's keeping Bastet too horny to be of much hassle to anyone--besides, the kid's good for business. Signed, your Boss, Hild."
Blinking at how Hild was mocking Kami-Sama's lightning message stunt, Mara gave up and went for the Midol. Those things hurt!
Meanwhile Yokho was blushing as she gave her description of the guy--when he wasn't a blur--and heard the ribald jabs of her ever-stranger granny just get that much worse!
But, as expected among the smarter of the divine bettors ("Pay up! Pay up!" crowed Fleece as she watched her favorite wager-boy's latest escapade) The Senshi AAR was the most surreal.
It started normally enough, with them asking each other what each one had seen, Haruka and Michiru in particular being very curious when they walked in, as they hadn't been present. After they finished replaying it verbally, however, Luna opened her mouth to comment, as Usagi rolled her eyes in advance reaction to the 'threat to Crystal Tokyo' speech ad nauseum.. what was that? "Excuse me, Luna, could you.. repeat that?"
Luna just blushed and murmured again, even lower "I.. I think it's cool, I mean, This is obviously true Ironic.. you're not buying a word of it, are you?"
Diana giggled, Artemis fainted outright, Minako gaped, and Usagi smirked. "No, I don't, my dear sweet tuna-addicted Advisor, but I AM buying you some more fish for din-din when we go home!" As she laughed a bit, Luna just laid down and put her paws over her eyes. She was NEVER gonna hear the end of this. Damn tuna habit! was the only thing she could effectively think for the time being.
Hotaru just went straight to Rei, asking her fellow Manga Otaku if she'd ever read The Slayers, the miko's glorious smile and somewhat strangled laughter being a answer in and of itself. Mamoru? Just sulked, since no mater how many times he transformed, he wasn't getting a new mask. Mokoto's suggestion of a Mexican-Wrestler's Mask didn't exactly help his mood any either.
In Summation, a divinely Ranma-ish day all told!
...And he wasn't even there for it.
