As the bunny-girl and the miko retreated to the privacy of the dojo's other end Ukyo said to no one in particular. “I wonder what she wants?”
“I don't know, but I'm not too worried bunny-chan seems to be being remarkably neutral and fair about all of this”. Shampoo put in.
“She is isn't she? That's another thing to wonder about isn't it.” Ukyo returned.
Meanwhile on the other side of the dojo. Nabiki started her conversation with the miko in a low voice”What is it you want and didn't want the others to hear?”.
Kodachis' answer was quick and quiet in coming and had less of the geisha in it. “I must confess I have been voluntarily playing the role of a geisha, the costume granted me the skills but no compulsions, but I am sure you know this”. What you may not know is that it has also granted me a greater clarity of mind then I normally have, while I am in fact considerably more sane then I typically choose to appear I apparently did suffer some under my own chemicals or delusions. Since finishing the costume my mind has been much more clear. This is why I have chosen to remain quite even when it would have been appropriate for me to make a comment of some sort, I was in fact sorting through everything with my newfound clarity..
Nabiki was actually looking noticeably surprised by this point, this was an unexpected side-effect, whether it was a boon or a bane was yet to be determined. Still she should say something. “And what conclusions have you reached?”.
“I have reached many conclusions, the first requires conformation on your part. I believe you said that if we were to wear these costumes for a prolonged period we might permanently gain some of their benefits, do you believe that this might be the case with my clarity of mind?” Kodachi hopefully asked.
Nabiki hesitated for a few moments before answering. “I can not be certain of course, but if the cause of your problems was indeed your poisons or self-created delusions I think it likely it would. If the cause was instead genetic I am not as certain, but even then I can see it being possible.”
“Thank you, that makes my decisions easier. I would not risk my sanity on uncertainties so I would like to make a contract for the already agreed upon time of twenty days. Can this be done?” the miko very seriously asked.
“Of course, we can use a servant contract, it is pretty much identical to the maid contract but without the costume. You will be magically bound to be nice to Ranma and to obey him, within reason, for the twenty days of the contract. Penalties can of course extend the contract considerably if you are not careful.” the bunny-girl explained.
“This is reasonable, now there are some other changes I would like to make, I must admit that I am find the idea of being a errr completely obedient servant attractive and I believe it to be an excellent way to repay Ranma for the trouble I have caused him. As such I would like to make it somewhat more compulsory so I do not fall back into old patterns of behavior.” Kodachi blushed a little as she admitted this.
Annoyed at being surprised yet again Nabiki answered carefully.”If you are certain, I think certain parts of the obedient servant persona can be made compulsory right off the bat, but Ranma is unlikely to agree to a errrr 'Full Service' serveant even if that is what you want, at least not at this time”.
“Understood, please convince him to go as far as you deem he will think acceptable, and that you as the harem leader deem acceptable as well.” Pausing for a moment Kodachi resolutely added “As I am indeed willing to to anything up to and including your so called 'full service' package whatever you work out will be fine. Also please feel free to modify clothing and body type as necessary, as long as it does not impede my gymnastics.”
“Understood, now lets get back before anything goes wrong”. Not giving the miko a chance to respond Nabiki led the way back to the others, thinking to herself that things had gotten even more interesting.
As Kodachi kneeled in front of Ranma. Nabiki once again leaned herself against Ranma and saw that he was already looking over Kodachi's profile. “Don't get to involved yet Ranma your going to get some more points to play with for her. She has, for good reasons I choose not to reveal at this time, chosen to take a servants contract. Since she does not get anything directly from the contract like Shampoo did with her curse or I did with the maid costume she will receive a tidy some of additional points, probably not quite enough for a level up, but you will be able to get her some more abilities.”
“But...” Ranma started to protest.
“Not now Ranma, I will explain the reasons later, for now I just ask that you trust me.” she hesitated, but she knew Ranma was basically a good person so once he knew....”If you do not agree with me that it was the right thing to do when I explain it to you later you have my word that I will add an additional month onto the maid contract”. This got raised eyebrows from everyone.
“...Ok Nabiki, I'll trust you, I will do so without the contract promise even”. Ranma declared.
A little surprised at his willingness to trust her she responded more warmly then usual“Thank you master, now lets get the contract set up and makes some additional modifications that Kodachi requested”. She proceeded to hold a murmured conversation with Ranma over several of the options she wanted him to choose, such as the compulsion for Kodachi to call him master, giving up control of her body changes and outfits, and a few skills that Ranma suspected of being somewhat naughty in nature. In the end Nabiki wheedled him into giving her a submissive compulsion, the master compulsion and a few other things besides, all in all, better then she had expected to get. Addressing the miko the bunny-girl explained“Alright now you should be able to read this display Kodachi since it lists what your agreeing to. If you agree press your thumb here.”
After a few minutes of reading Kodachi said”It looks fine” and placed her thumb on the indicated spot. Ranma then proceeded to confirm the changes. The only physically noticeable change was a slight increase in the size of the miko's bust, which Nabiki had included solely to keep the other girls from wondering overmuch what the muttered arguments were about.
“Alright all of that gave her nearly enough points to level actually, she might just get there before the night is over. Anyway lets adjust her skills real quick and then move on. Most of the basic martial arts can be removed since she knows more then they provide anyway, if we move those over here we can strengthen her healing ability to be a bit more useful, and give her better wards, those could be extremely useful all things considered.” the bunny-girl nodded her head, satisfied with her suggestions.
Ranma confirmed the changes and then asked “So Ukyo next?”.
