"Nalia," said one of the new pokegirls. "I'm a Kunoichi."
"Dynaheir," said the dark-skinned one. "Witch. Specializing in Fire based magic."
"Squee," said Boo. (Any ninja arts you can teach me would be appreciated.)
"Sorry," said Nalia. "Until you pass your qualification, I can't share ninja secrets with you."
"Squee!"
"Such language," chided Dynaheir.
"How come you two can talk?" asked Ash/Ranma.
"We were raised as part of a human household," said Nalia. "I was raised alongside the human children of the manager of the Olympus Mining Dome."
"I was raised in the Warrens of Noctis, the Rashamen Quarter," said Dynaheir.
"That's cool," said Ash. "Though won't the Professor get peeved that you're missing?"
"No, he intended for something like this to happen," said Dynaheir. "I don't think we were supposed to go to the same Trainer, but that's the way it goes."
"Gyn gyn," said Akane, pointing out the train had arrived.
"Okay, everyone into their pokeballs," said Dynaheir.
"Gyn," said Akane. (I don't wanna.)
"You have to," said Dynaheir. "Even Alphas aren't allowed to run around while boarding. Alphas are allowed out only when in the capsule or in case of emergency."
"Gyn!"
"Such language," chided Dynaheir.
The trains were simple enough. Monorails that travelled inside the domes. There were a few domes which also had rail lines between them. Olympus Mining operated one such rail network.
Mostly though, one used a crawler (painted green to stand out against the red Martian landscape) to get from dome to dome. Or one walked.
"If we're gonna get technique trainers," said Ash as they finally reached the outer airlock. "We can't afford a crawler."
"Walking is fun," said Minsc.
"Well, at least I can let Kasumi out, she can put an air dome around us," said Ash.
"We have consideration before that, friend Ash," said Minsc.
"We do?" asked Ash, looking over the equipment and trying to figure out what he was missing. Inflat-a-shelter, blankets, food tubes...
