Sirius practically dragged himself into his gloomy house late in the evening. That damn meeting was just so long and pointless. So Lily's great something grandmother was the Queen of Demons. All and all, did something like that really matter in this day and age? With an amused smiled on his face, Sirius mutter, "I bet that my mother was nastier than this Hild lady."
Suddenly, the young Black heir realized that something was wrong. The hairs on the back of his neck quickly stood up strait and a deathly chill rushed down his spine. A powerful blast of wind tore through the Black mansion disrupting or destroying the magic in every enchanted item in the mansion. However, the portrait of Sirius's 'loving' mother was mysteriously spared. In fact, the old bat's voice seemed to have become shriller than it had been and now it echoed throughout the house.
This whole situation really ticked Sirius off. However, he immediately disregarded the damage done to the house and ran for Harry's room. All the Black heir could think about at the moment was making sure that Harry was safe. When Sirius got to Harry's room, he practically tore open the door and barged inside with his wand drawn. Inside the room was a bronze skinned woman with white hair, red tattoo like markings, and a very provocative outfit sitting down. What really threw Sirius for a loop was the fact that this woman was gently cradling Harry and giving the boy his bottle.
Hild glanced at Sirius and gave him a dismissive snort. She then stated, "Put down your wand wizard. I mean no harm to the boy, and you if you behave. Seriously, If I truly meant any harm than there would be nothing left of this house."
The demon queen's voice, posture, and the very air around her left no doubt in Sirius's mind that she could follow through if she wanted to. He grudgingly put his wand away and asked, "So just who are you and why are you here?"
Hild gave Sirius a frighting grin and replied, "I am Hild, first class, category one, demon. I am also Queen of the Demons. As for why I'm here, isn't that obvious? What kind of grandmother would I be if I didn't check up on my grandson and heir?"
