[Episode 217642]The Barbie type, with a naturally tanned skin, blonde hair, blue eyes, and firmly curvaceous figure was common in Europe and North America. So (to a slightly lesser extent) were the Inga (nordic), Heather (redhaired), Bridgette (brunette), and Ying (Han Chinese) types.
Along the Mediterranean there was a dominant number of the dark haired and dark eyed Electra and Simone types.
France had a Everia model that (as with the others) was customized with all sorts of makeup, tattoos, hairstyles, uniforms, and such. It was just that the French felt somewhat justified in raising it to an Art.
Every region had a dominant type. South Africa had the Sheba model, for example.
Nodoka Saotome, who had become involved with Neogirls and the government of Japan, was apparently well pleased by the number of Nodoka around.
There WERE real human women around. Most kept under lock and key and kept from going out into the world. They had all the comforts that could be brought to them, but that didn't mean that they weren't prisoners in all but name.
China was where the White Plague had started. They denied it of course. Everyone else tracking the spread of the virus tracked it back to China though. 1982 was when it had spread beyond the borders and gone through the world's populace like fire through a dry forest.
China did not want to go the same path as the rest of the world. They had their own ideas on how to recover.
After it became obvious to all how things were going, they'd closed their borders and especially travel to and from a certain valley in the Bayankala Mountain Range.
On finding out that a news crew, led by the now famous (or infamous) Genma Saotome and his son Ranma, there had been some high level back-and-forth. Finally they were subtly blocked from going towards Jusenkyo, recent landslides being a favorite tactic.
Normal people might vanish in the area and little would come of it. Those two were not so disposable.
"He has one of EVERY Neogirl type?" asked the General in charge of "Water Purification Plant Experimental" as he looked at the TV documentary provided for him.
"Well, not every type, but most," said the Chief Scientist. "In addition, he only has a few with him. Seems to be a magnet for strays, keeps picking up ones that we've somehow missed."
"And he still has the energy to walk?" asked the General. "Astounding!"
"Errr, yes," said the Chief Scientist. "Well, they're moving away from Jusenkyo now, so we're just keeping tabs on them as they move to the next section."
"Not going near the Musk Prince are they?" asked the General.
"No, they're continuing on to where the Herbal Village used to be, then it looks like they'll head towards the Martial Arts Tournament in the Valley Of K'un Lun." The Chief Scientist shrugged. Martial Arts was all well and good, in his opinion, but he had far different concerns.
"What of the intruder?" asked the General.
"We've found nothing of note about him," said the Scientist, clicking a control that lit up a screen. "His name was Ryoga Hibiki. Delinquent student, Japanese. Apparently absent from classes more than present. Martial artist, utilizes a variant of Boar Style Bando. Extremely high strength and endurance from what we've seen so far."
"Fine," said the General. "How did he get in the fence?"
"Wandered in, plowed through the outer wall, fell in..." the Chief Scientist made a show of checking his notes, "Spring Of Drowned Piglet."
"You corrected that, of course," said the General, glancing at the screen. "Ah good. Hmmm. Quite a rack she has there."
"She keeps looking at her own breasts, and then fainting," said the Scientist. "We're not sure why."
"The little pig ears and tail are odd," said General Yi. "A little bit more plump than is generally preferred as well."
"Because that is essentially the Spring Of Drowned Neogirl Pet," said the Chief Scientist, "pre-existing animalistic traits will show up in the finished product."
"Set her up for the breeding program," said General Yi. "Sows have litters don't they?"
