When he was done with THAT particular problem, he thought it satisfactory for now. There were just so many problems and only so much time he could spend on any single one.

"SAKURA?!" yelled Naruto as he saw the girl walking towards him.
"Is that Sasuke and... Sasuke?!" asked Kakashi as he saw a male and a female Sasuke Uchiha.
"You," said the female Sasuke as she stopped in front of Naruto.
"Me?" asked a staring Naruto. Was this how Sasuke would look if he'd done the Sexy Jutsu? She was... slender yet buff and had what looked like a hint of makeup?!
"You are chosen as primary mate for this individual," said onna-Sasuke.
"GAK!" was the predictable reaction from Naruto.
"You shall be my designated mate then," said Sakura to Rock Lee.
"This is so right and yet so wrong at the same time," said a morally conflicted Rock.
"Then I shall select this one," said the male-Sasuke as he stopped in front of Temari.
"Too late, already got a boyfriend," said Temari as she took Shikamaru's hand.
"Hey," protested Shikamaru.
"Shut up," hissed Temari. "This is YOUR fault, after all."
"Eh?" protested Shikamaru.
"Remember? 'Breeding reserve'?" hissed Temari as she moved more possessively to Shikamaru.
"What a pain," muttered Shikamaru.
"That comes later," promised Temari.
"Uhm, oh, I," said Naruto as onna-Sasuke moved to take possession of HIS arm. "Errr. I already got someone. I got, err... lemmee see. Hinata!"
"EH?!" asked Hinata, turning bright red as she was NOT one of the drones or clones.
Naruto decided that this was the safest course. Hinata was not a mindless drone, nor one of these weird returned ninja that seemed to be acting funny. Besides he was seriously creeped out by the girl-Sasuke (Sasuki?) trying to grab his hand and stuff. "Yup. Hinata. She's my, uhm, 'designated mate' right? C'mon, Hinata, help me out here," pleaded Naruto as he kept his eyes on the returned-nin.
THUMP!
"This is no time for passing out!" protested Naruto.
"The unit designated 'Hinata' appears to be malfunctioning," said onna-Sasuke. "Replacement of defective unit would seem to be indicated."
"Negative," said male-Sasuke. "Repair of unit is more desirable outcome."
"Male unit 'Naruto' has taken defective unit 'Hinata' and is running at high speeds away," noted Ino. "Protective behavior is in keeping with relationship."
