"ARGHHHHHHHHHHH!" screamed Naruto as his clothes began to burst.
"Yes," said Mizuki, backing away slightly but still gloating to Iruka. "You see, now that he knows the truth, he will go on a rampage and destroy everything. Covering my theft. I'll simply claim the scroll and go make a name for myself anywhere. Any of the other ninja villages will take me in, all I need to do is present the scroll."
"ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH!" continued Naruto as he grew, stopping at a few feet taller.
"That doesn't look like the Demon Fox," noted Iruka. "What have you DONE, Mizuki?"
"Me? Why are you blaming ME? Why didn't he turn into the Demon Ninetailed Fox?" asked Mizuki. "Well, no matter. DIE Naruto!"
Confused as well as injured, Iruka wasn't quite able to get in the way of the fuma shuriken. It went past him, slammed into the changed Naruto and...
Did absolutely no damage. Then the transformed Naruto brought his hands up and wadded the metal shuriken up very slowly and deliberately.
Iruka met the eyes of the beast before him. He saw no hate there, none directed at him at least. Those huge hands dropped the metal ball that had once been a shuriken, and calmly and gently lifted Iruka up and moved him to the side.
The transformed Naruto roared, brought his head down, then glared malevolently at Mizuki. Despite that, Mizuki felt he was on a roll. "Yes, Demon Fox, destroy Iruka!"
The transformed Naruto kicked the metal ball of the shuriken.
WHAM!
The metal ball slammed into Mizuki, lifting him up and tossing him into a tree.
Mizuki shook his head to clear it of the daze as he felt himself being lifted up. "Uh oh."
Mizuki tried to move those fingers, to free himself, and had as much success as if he'd tried to move the village itself. It complicated things in that at least three ribs were broken.
