[Episode 220686] [Episode 220686]Of course, things were never that easy, as she would soon find out. Entering the back yard of the Dojo she found her culprit: a diminutive old man in a brown jumpsuit, shoving panties and bras into a huge knapsack.
“Happosai!” Ranma shouted, pulling out her flashlight and pointing it at the old man. “You're under arrest! Don't run off.”
Grinning as he looked over his shoulder, Happosai chuckled and jumped to the roof of the Dojo. Cursing under her breath, Ranma leaped after the old letch, jumping from rooftop to rooftop, enduring the dirty old man's mocking glances as he sped off, just one step ahead of her.
This was nothing new to Ranma, naturally. Even before she was transferred to Nerima ward, she'd tried to apprehend the infamous Happosai, terror of Tokyo. Or at the very least, of Tokyo's women. There were hundreds of thousands of calls, some tracing back to the early eighties, all detailing the culprit right down to the wrinkles on his face and the huge, beady eyes. Over the years, enough evidence was found – photos, scraps of clothing, fingerprints and such – to ensure that Happosai would have to pay a very, very hefty fine once he was caught. The issue, obviously, was catching him. She'd failed several times before. Indeed, everyone had, even the Chief!
Bastard's slippery, that's for sure, Ranma thought, narrowing her eyes as she focused on her target. Should have put on a sport bra instead of a sexy one. Still, even with her enormous bosoms Gainaxing all over the place, she didn't miss a beat, staying on her target's trail.
“Oooo, police lady!” Happosai cooed, “Are you gonna handcuff me and get all rough?!” He suddenly pulled out a large beige bomb, chucking it behind him. Ranma had to sidestep the projectile, paying no mind as it blew a hole in an old lady's house.
The two went on like this for the better part of an hour, with neither of them slowing or showing any sign of tiring. Still, Ranma knew this had to end at some point. With that in mind, she launched her plan!
