"F-f-five kilotomoes?"
"Yes. Read the screen if you don't believe it."
"That's... how far over Dusting Point, again?"
"Dusting Point is 500 Tomoes."
"Well over the average safe point. How is this kid still alive?"
"We don't know his safe point yet, and until his radiance is below my safe point of 450 I can't check his body for any real injuries."
"Are you suggesting that it's my fault he's unconscious?"
"Let me say this. Your 'daring rescue' should have killed him outright. The fact that he's still alive is... fascinating..."
"What's fascinating?"
"The fact that he's still alive."
"Five Kilotomoes... isn't Queen Chiba's safe point only two Kilotomoes?"
"Yes, but it is very likely that he was only in the residual radiance, not the main burst. Besides, we all know that the Overqueen was able to produce Megatomoes of energy on a daily basis during the War of the Seeds. And you're trying to dodge the subject."
"This man... is not the Overqueen."
"Like I said... fascinating..."
"What now?"
"His delta has zeroed out. He's settled."
"What's his base?"
"Fifteen Tomoes."
"No way... that's impossibly low..."
"Improbably low. His mana does not match that of one of the known worldspaces."
"Are you going to check him for injuries?"
"... in all honesty, the fact that he survived your daring grab scares me. The force of the impact with that mechanical hand should have killed him if the radiance didn't, yet the sensors indicate that he is merely unconscious."
"In other words, you're chicken."
"Baaawk!"
"Now you're just being silly."
"I'll go check him. You know what to do. Queen Chiba will definitely want to meet him."
