Due to that, she rather liked being with him. Going with him was not something that she questioned, and she rather enjoyed the chance to see where he would lead her now. So far, the places that they'd been going in to were rather interesting, and she knew that they were the sort of places that came up in stories, rather than usual contact.
Happy to belong to such a kind boy, she blushed slightly as she let him lead her along. Trying to match her stride with his, she kept an eye on his back as she followed him. He looked so confident and strong that she felt comforted by his presence. Just where their travels would take them, she didn't know, but what she could see was that they could have seen more places and sights than she would have originally thought possible.
Of course, they could see some unwanted things too, as she turned to gaze at the area, and saw a spindly looking figure wearing a smooth mask that only showed the straining eyes behind it.
A strangled yelp came up through her throat as she blanched and backed away from the strange sight. Considering the fact that he had a lot of friends with him, as others dressed like him were climbing around the buildings nearby, it was entirely unlikely that this new arrival was friendly.
But Ranma wasn't quite as frozen as she was, as he was already lowering his map as he kicked the nearest one to her in the 'yin-yang' symbol on the man's armored chest. As that one was knocked away, he was already slamming an elbow into another attacker's throat, and was punching another stooge in the side of the head. Grabbing her hand, he started pulling her along as kneed another attacker to the ground, and treated the fallen opponent like a literal rug as they ran right over him.
Not that Melfina was about to be reluctant to follow through with his desire, as she immediately followed his lead, and let him tug her to hopeful safety, while:
