Lamp of Lakash: Happi Wishes [Episode 22533]

"Well, now there's something you don't see everyday," commented Happosai as a naked genie Nabiki appeared from the Lamp of Lakash. He wanted to ask how this had come to pass, but first before he was interrupted, he had something to say. "Hear me genie, because this wish is one I've wanted for a long time. I wish that all girls were able to wear only lingerie, jewelry, makeup, that sort of thing."

Nabiki wanted to say no to that request -she really, really wanted to- but the whole 'Slave to the Lamp' deal forced her say, "wish granted". She groaned as somewhere the Great Will entered a new Rule into the Books:

"Effective immediately, all girls will be unable to wear anything but lingerie, jewlery, makeup, and that sort of thing as though under a compulsive nudity effect."

The Ultimate Force system began to enforce the new Rule immediately and ...

• and all girls and women everywhere strip down in a hurry; and hurry to rug up in the colder parts of the world.
• and all young girls, teenaged girls and women who still think of themselves as girls strip down; most older women seem unaffected.
• and all girls teenaged and younger strip down; women over the age of majority remain clothed.
• but only prepubescent girls are compelled to strip; anyone who's "become a woman" (ie. menstrated) is uneffected.
• but only virgin girls are compelled to strip; anyone who's "become a woman" is uneffected.
