Effective immediately, all girls will be unable to wear anything but lingerie, jewlery, makeup, and that sort of thing as though under a compulsive nudity effect.
And so it was. Nabiki was able to add some little touches to it, so that women in Alaska or other frozen areas wouldn't freeze to death, but there wasn't much she could do about the actual wish itself.
Women everywhere compulsively stripped down. It struck regardless of age or social background or religion or wealth.
At the Tendo dojo, Kasumi felt immediately better after stripping down to her bra and panties, and looked at her normal clothes with a hint of nausea tinting her features. It wasn't as if she couldn't wear the clothing, it was just that the thought of it made her ill.
Akane simply locked herself in her bedroom.
Happosai looked around, trying to decide on his next wish - not knowing about the penalty. A thought of a near-naked Cologne crossed his mind and the Ancient Master turned a bit green. "Ick. Okay, second wish! I wish that "
