Genma had NOT been unfaithful to Nodoka. The unshaven guy in the pink lacey bathrobe with pink bunny slippers had NOT taken advantage of Genma. The entire setup was intended to make Genma think that something untoward had happened and therefore not suspect that he might have had monitoring equipment installed within him.
Everything else that was happening was the result of Genma just having a spot of rotten luck or karmic payback, and even those monitoring were beginning to feel just the slightest smidgen of sympathy for the martial artist.
Running naked down the road wasn't working for Genma, especially with an outraged meter maid calling for backup while she pursued him. Much less the occasional flash from someone taking a picture. Therefore a plan was needed.
Fortunately, he could veer slightly, run over a sarariman of some kind, take his overcoat and hat, and then run while he put ON those pieces of apparel. It wasn't much but it was SOMETHING at least.
Unfortunately, he didn't immediately realize what sort of image the flashes of bare skin coupled with the hat and coat gave those who spotted him being chased by an obviously irate policewoman.
"Miyuki?! What?" asked a SECOND policewoman as she exited a Tastee Freeze, just before being bodyslammed by a trenchcoated but otherwise naked man.
The two soft-cones got smooshed against the front of this other cop's shirt. Genma sniffed as they were nearly in his face, checked, and discovered that the vanilla soft-serve was rather tasty. At which point he realized he really shouldn't have done that, and he SHOULD be going now.
Ken Nakajima, a THIRD police officer, was just stopping his motorcycle at the curb when the scene registered.
Natsume was down on the ground, looking dazed. With a naked-except-for-hat-and-trenchcoat man on top of her, tongue momentarily lingering on her blouse.
Miyuki was running up, clearly winded, yelling something about her patrol car. Until she saw what had happened to Natsume at which point she simply froze in shock.
For a moment all Ken Nakajima could feel himself was shock, which allowed the perp to realize his predicament and begin fleeing again.
Haruka was the fastest of the pokegirls, even with the uncertainty of her growth spurt. When it came to reflexes, movement, or raw agility - Haruka being a Cheetaun gave her a natural edge.
When it came to coordination or acrobatic ability though, Minako had the potential edge. Only potential because she seemed damn clumsy at times.
As Haruka was fast and athletic and covered in fur, she was discovering female admiration and not entirely sure how to deal with it.
Michiru and Hotaru DID have a method of dealing handily with it. Michiru found some water, then went under the surface. Hotaru would fly to some spot where her personal space wasn't being violated.
