Ranma blinked. They won? She was sure once that other kid turned into some kind of skeleton-man, that they were in for a real tough battle.
Not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, Ranma shrugged, and reached for the Mars ring.
"Wait a moment, Ranma!" Saturn cried out as Ranma grabbed the ring.
"Huh? What's wrong? I mean, we rescued her, didn't we?" she was honestly confused.
Saturn looked worried. "We were lucky. Wiseman hadn't finished the binding with Mars, or he wouldn't have lost control of her ring. But he must have pumped a huge amount of Dark Energy through her all ready! And only Moon has the power to reverse that. I don't know what Mars will be like if you release her."
"You're kidding, right? We got her back, but you don't want to release your friend?"
Saturn was nearly in tears. "I WANT to release her, Master! But if you do it now, she might still be our enemy, and try to return to Wiseman." She took a few moments to calm herself, while Ranma stared at the ring. "It might be best to just leave her in the ring until we can find Moon and have her Purify it."
Ranma continued to stare at the ring, and then decided. She...
