Phase World
A subdimensional city which bridges several different universes, which is nominally claimed by the Three Galaxies (see reference Three Galaxies) but remains an area of contention.Phase World is notable for having access to the high technology available in the Three Galaxies, the bio-magic of the Splugorth, more traditional forms of magic and techno-magic from various other sources, and intradimensional beings of great power.
Visitors are warned that beings and effects of psionic, magical, and transdimensional sources will be enhanced beyond what they might be used to due to the higher ambient level of such energies available.
Visitors are also cautioned that some visitors have been known to consider other visitors as alternate food sources.

"Whoa," said Naruto. "That's wild. How did it know what language to display it in?"
"Telepathic advertising," replied the sign. "Just the latest service by Jehanna Corp: If it's weird but it works - it's Jehanna!"
"Uh huh," said Naruto. "So, sensei, where do we go now?"
"We need answers," said Jiraiya, looking at the odd sign with its scrolling alien text and occasional picture.
"This unit can provide directions to thousands of advertisers," proudly stated the sign. "Advertise on Jehanna Corp's adverti-kiosks for reaching a maximum audience with a minimum investment."
"You're some sort of construct, right?" asked Jiraiya. "You're not a puppet being manipulated from a distance."
"That is correct, I am a semi-autonomous adverti-kiosk, so as to better serve the needs of customers," stated the adverti-kiosk. "You are apparently unfamiliar with leading edge technology, might I suggest the local Library? Twosday is Read-To-Your-Spawnlings Day."
"Interesting," said Jiraiya. "How much does this 'library' cost?"
"Services within the Geartown District Public Library are largely free," stated the kiosk, displaying pictures of a building. "Some services, such as copying, cost extra."
"Excellent," said Jiraiya, who had doubts as to the locals accepting his money. "How do we get there?"
"WHAT?! We don't have time to be wasting with some stuffy old books!" declared Naruto. "We gotta get back!"
"Okay," said Jiraiya. "How do we do that?"
"Well..." said Naruto.
"Don't we have to figure out where we are before we can figure out how to get home?" asked Jiraiya.
The kiosk showed their position on a street map, then drew a flashing line to indicate the path to the library.
