Ryoga smirked. "You're the one that should be ashamed, Ranma. What kind of sensei are you?"
Ranma's face contorted with rage and he turned around just in time to see P-chan crawling from the pond.
...
...wait.
Akane flipped off the bed just as the mallet-wielding Kodachi descended, screaming something stupid Akane really had no intention of listening to. "Who are you!?"
"Kodachi, the Black Rose. Your opponent next week," Kodachi grunted between mallet swings. "Here to wish you luck in a fair fight!"
"This is fair!?" Akane yelled, moving into a stance that was new to her. "You're the one who's been ambushing the team!"
Kodachi ignored the maddeningly familiar stance. "What a nasty way to put it. I simply fight before the match."
Which was when P-chan and Ranma bounded into the room, the opening door neatly flattening (and hiding) Kodachi.
Pig and boy bounced through the room for a few seconds before running out, Akane screaming at Ranma the whole time. Kodachi had barely raised her mallet to attack when Akane swept her leg through her ankles and punched the mallet out of her hand.
Kodachi boggled. Slower, more raw strength, but the same basic move the redhaired spirit used! "So, you are as good as rumors say. I shall return!" And she was gone in a cyclone of black rose petals.
Akane just stared.
"BWEEE!"
"Hold it Ryoga!"
She focused back on the world to see a black pig rush by and then, silhouetted against the full moon, a boy, leaping from the darkness with hate on his face. A stalker of the night, a hunter, a predator, a passion-churning blood-sniffing kettle-carrying chunk of man, all for her!
...kettle?
Kodachi's fantasies were pressed into reality when the heavy, hot, water-filled kettle pressed reality out of her brain. She fell off the roof, insensate.
Ranma cursed and jumped after her. He had no idea what the leotarded girl was doing here, but he wasn't going to let her take a dirt nap on his account. He caught her and returned to the roof with careless ease, only then getting a look at the girl.
What's the black flower girl doin' here? he wondered.
"I WAS SO FRIGHTENED!" Kodachi screamed, clawing Ranma close.
Ranma felt danger. "Saotome Ranma."
"RANMA-SAMA!" she shrieked in delight, handing him a bouquet of roses which promptly paralyzed him. "A bit of gas in the bouquet!" she cheered, laughing. Dogs howled at the unholy noise.
"Are you crazy!?"
"Now my Ranma-sama," Kodachi declared, straddling the helpless boy and pushing her face in his, "you will take these lips of mine!"
Now, Ranma had gotten very used to affection from Nabiki. Kissing was a good thing. A girl who was willing to push things could be fun, even kinky.
Kodachi? Kodachi was scaring the crap out of him.
