Allow Access? Y
Access by Kizna Towryk permitted to memory matrix.
THAT brought Kizna up short. She hadn't put her own name in anywhere the gynoid should have been able to access.
Outside mechanical energy sources found. Self-repair systems:Begin.
"Hmmm," mused Kizna as she watched the text pop-ups while the background work continued.

Kizna nodded. Spells - so this was related to the techno-wizard parts she had found. "So your internal systems are accessing the power here in order to repair some of your systems? Internal nanites?"
Nanoha didn't answer, currently going through a checklist.
"Interesting that you've got this?" said Kizna. "Any idea what it is?"
Nanoha glanced at it. "As a matter of fact, yes."
Toltiir shrugged. At age nine Nanoha wouldn't have had the cartridge system, or some of those attacks and such. Of course, he'd locked most of them. Couldn't have a suitably amusing scene later on. He'd gone ahead and upgraded Raising Heart and set up the system to better serve certain purposes. Like being amusing when things inevitably went against the plans of Jiraiya.
She was technorganic, which was to say that she could grow up - but would always be younger than Naruto. She would also likely try to protect Naruto from Hinata, which was amusing itself. Of course she'd likely develop some sort of 'big brother complex' - it didn't need any work on HIS part for that to be a high possibility. That way also - Nanoha wouldn't tragically stop functioning when she went into the different universe with its slightly different physical laws.
Could he have overpowered her though? No, surely not. Considering what Orochimaru and the Akatsuki were capable of - hardly overpowered at all. Well, maybe just a touch. A bit. Tiny little amount. Maybe.
"Good afternoon, Master," said the nine-year-old girl as she curtseyed.
"I don't really like that term," said Naruto.
"So, what do you want to be called?" asked Nanoha. "Goshujin-sama? Lord? Husband?"
"NO!" declared an alarmed Naruto at that last suggestion.
"When we go back to our land, we'll be travelling incognito as missing-nin," mused Jiraiya, who looked at the two of them. "How about 'big brother'?"
"'Big Brother'?" asked Naruto, feeling kind of conflicted on that.
"Big Brother Naruto?" asked Nanoha.
"Yeah," said Naruto, distracted.
"Thank you, big brother!" said Nanoha, hugging the boy. Of course with their differences in size, she threw her arms around his waist and hugged him that way.
"I... wha?" asked Naruto, who hadn't seen this coming.
"Good, I'll be Naruto's sensei," said Jiraiya. "We'll be two homeless nin, training in the Ninja Arts, and the little sister. Maybe I should be an 'Uncle'?"
"Uncle?" asked Naruto, REALLY unsure about that angle.
"It'll make it even more unlikely that people will identify us," explained Jiraiya. "Even if they know to look for us, we'll be an Uncle, his nephew and niece."
"I dunno..." said Naruto. "Urk. Not so tight."
"Oh sorry, big brother!" said Nanoha, releasing her death-grip.
Kizna cleared her throat. "So you've got pursuers? Might I make one suggestion?"
"What's that?" asked Jiraiya, still musing over this. He'd have to leave Naruto to take care of Nanoha while he was gathering information through the time-honored tradition of wenching and drinking. Manageable though.
"A change of clothing," said Kizna. "You both dress in a fairly distinctive style."
