At the same time, he was pretty skilled with what he could do, and was even able to do a summoning.
But then it wasn't exactly going to be helpful to do any of that while he was in class. All that he could do was try to keep his attention up, which was a challenge, considering the fact that the teacher was as dull as was humanly possible. That made his lessons a popular time to take naps, but he knew that his studies wouldn't be helped by dozing off. So, he tried his best to keep awake and listened to the teacher, wondering if the man would ever really have a point to it.
Though, as he took a sidelong glance towards the pigtailed boy that had just transferred in. That guy didn't seem to be normal, even for this place. As it seemed that this guy was special, even his interest was peaked. From what he'd noticed, it seemed that the guy even had a slave kunoichi of his own, which was no small feat for someone of his age. Most boys tended to fantasize over having some sort of special girl, like their own sexy tutor, or nurse to care for them. But the truth was that not only were they too poor for such slaves, they usually didn't have the need or ability to command such a girl or woman.
Something told him that there was going to be some sort of intersection between his path and that of the new boy's. If nothing else, just the fact that the other guy had taken over his role as the new person in the school. With that being the case, someone was likely to want to 'introduce' the two of them. Just what that was going to mean wasn't exactly clear for him, but he was pretty sure that the result would be... interesting.
Looking around, he saw that some of those closest to him had noticed the new boy as well. That was only to be expected, and he was pretty sure that he'd hear about it soon enough. For the moment though, they had to keep calm, and wait until after class to do anything else. The teacher was already too stuffy to be kept from prattling on about the information that fascinated him. Even though the students weren't all that interested in that material, they had to wait for it to be finished.
Trying not to show his disinterest as much as possible, Minato sat lazily in his seat, while:
