The Lich King knew this wasn't going to be easy.
Inside were demonic entities, the eggs of daimon, and some evil witches with their own tricks.
Outside he had most of the zombie Senshi. They shouldn't have had their powers, but he wasn't one to look a gift horse in the mouth. Until after the fight that was. While there was no way they lived up to "bishojo" any longer, their flesh rotting away and the glowing red eyes showing their bodies had died and were now possessed by entities from the realm of the undead, they were still fairly powerful.
He also had a lot of cannon fodder who weren't doing much better in the appearance department.
Now he could take over the school, steal heart crystals, and increase both his army and power at once while Brenden kept those heroes away.
By the time Brenden's group was defeated, they'd be unstoppable.
