"Ah," said Fugaku as the baby reached out to his poking finger and wrapped it in her own hand. "She's got quite a grip for her age."
"Takes after my side of the family, I can tell," said Mikoto. "So..."
"So you'll train her in your style?" said Fugaku, nodding. "This is good then, that we have one of each. Itachi and Satsuki."
"AGHHHHHH!" screamed Naruto.
"Oh, don't be a big wuss," chided the black cat. "You got your wish."
"I didn't mean to chickify him!" complained Naruto.
"You didn't," said the black cat.
"But..." Naruto pointed.
"I provided the power, you provided the general condition, and the universe itself moved things in the least disruptive manner," said the black cat. "Mind you, taking up her mother's path DOES shift things about a bit."
"Gee, you THINK?" asked Naruto.
"Not as much as you might think," said the cat. "She is, after all, Itachi's beloved little tomboy sister."
"That is... so wrong," said Naruto.
"You were getting into a fight with the other girls?" asked her mother.
"Yes!" enthused Satsuki.
"Did you win?" asked Mikoto.
"Of course," said Satsuki.
"Well, there's that much at least," reasoned Mikoto.
"Stupid Ino," complained Satsuki. "She never learns. Always has to start something."
"Some of the other clans are jealous of our power, our standing, and our ability to steal that which they consider most precious to them," said Mikoto. "You know what your father says about that."
"Let them, we'll kick their butts," said Satsuki.
"Exactly," said Mikoto. "Still, we ought to TRY not to make enemies everywhere. Now, let's go over your weapons training."
"Eh?" asked Naruto.
"What, you thought that fire and the Sharingan were all that made the Uchiha clan?" asked the cat. "True, those were primary attributes found throughout the clan, but they did have other skills scattered about. Satsuki is learning her mother's special skills that made her a jonin, which is to say:
