Phil sighed and explained the recent happenings. While this was going on, Lina whispered to Amelia. Still crying, she left and returned with the disguised Nezzard.
After finishing the explantions, Naga sat down on a couch. "Why do you still trust Uncle Randy?"
Phil was taken aback by the venom in Naga's voice. "Why shouldn't I trust my brother?"
"He's the one who hired Booley to kill Mama. Before I killed Booley, he revealed that he was working for Randy."
Phil took a step back from that shocking revelation. "B-but why?"
"He wants the throne, Daddy. I know that you believe that your brothers are as good as you are, but Randy is not."
Lina looked at Naga. 'I didn't know that about Naga's past. I'd better help out.'
Lina said, "Your brother is working with both a wizard and some lower ranking Mazoku to assassinate you. I also have reason to believe that another one of your relatives is working with a different group of Mazoku to do the same thing. I think his name is Alfred."
Phil stared at the young girl. "How do you know that?"
"Just some information I picked up here and there," Lina evaded. "I travel quite a bit and hear things."
Naga said, "Believe her, Daddy. I don't want Amelia to suffer anymore."
Sirius stepped forward and spoke. "Your highness. The reason for your daughter's sudden increase in power can be blamed on me. She is needed to do something that is to save this world."
Phil looked at the pink stranger. "Are you a Mazoku?"
Sirius shook his head. "No. I can understand why you think that, but I am a Shinzoku from the Overworld. My name is Sirius"
"A god from another world?" Phil asked in shock. "That was something that didn't come up in the various theories from the wise men of the city."
Lina said in a cocky attitude, "They weren't so wise after all. They tried to kill one who could save the world."
Phil nodded. "You are right about that. Please stay here, while I get this mess straigthed up. Sirius, if you would follow me to the throne room, we'll get this nonsense cleared up. And then, I deal with Randy. Alfred hasn't done anything yet, so I can't do anything."
The two of them left as Amelia hugged her sister. "I see your wearing mom's clothing"
Lina whispered to Gourry. "I have to wonder about Phil if he married someone who dressed like that."
