It felt like a dragon, but no dragon race that he knew of. Which was a problem. He thought that he knew them all.
After the first village he found her quickly enough...heard her first. Which brought a smile to his face. Apparently his little dragon wasn't quite used to roughing it, and had lost her patience at after finding she had nothing to buy food with in the last town.
"Stupid, stupid, humnas!!" the dragon ranted. "I am NOT a 'shiftless beggar.' I am a Miko of the...oh...no, I'm not! ARRRRRGGGHHH!!" It was a mixture of a crying fit and a temper-tantrum and he could hear the sounds of random damage being done about the clearing he was approaching.
~What do we have here?~ Xellos asked. ~And why would the Lord of Nightmares send this whiny, spoiled girl through the barrier? And where is she from anyway?~ Then he came into view of her.
At first he thought she had white skin, but he quickly changed his mind. It was a pale, pale blue. It went nicely with brilliant blue hair and eyes.
The tattered and torn clothes would have to change though.
And she'd have to do something about the awful state her hair was in, and the tear tracks were hardly attractive either.
And beyond anything...he had to be careful. The Mother of All had some plan for this girl, and it wouldn't do for him to interfere in that.
"I'm tired of this skulking!" she roared, slamming her fists into the ground on either side of her. "I want a cooked meal! I want a hot bath! I want some civilization!"
"And here I thought dragons were hardy creatures," Xellos said with a smirk. Instantly the girl was standing up and facing him nervously.
"Who are you?"
