What she knew of the situation was:
a) This Being had titled itself a god of mischief. Whether that was true or not she couldn't be sure. What she had observed was a power level and capriciousness that DID back that statement up somewhat.
b) Her son was alone with only this one girl showing any interest/friendship towards him, at least if what she'd heard was any indication. Naruto hadn't known about it though - so the girl in question might have clan restrictions or something keeping her from being Naruto's friend.
c) At eleven years old, emotional bonds were being formed that could turn into something else later.
"If she's going to be Naruto's magical girlfriend," began Kushina.
"Eep!"
"-then shouldn't she have rivals and others involved?" asked Kushina. "Isn't that in-genre?"
"True," said Toltiir. KA-ZAP!
Several portaits appeared, hanging in midair.
"These are all potential romantic interests, each has different unlock conditions," noted Toltiir. "These were all possible but unlikely."
"No Sakura?" asked Naruto.
"It would require divine intervention at this point," said Toltiir. "Which would mean that I could do it, if I had a good reason to. Right now she's just a hair away from genuinely hating you. Normally she'd eventually get less hostile after associating with you without you pestering her for a date or otherwise annoying her. Heck, your best chance occurs at the age of sixteen after you've been gone for two years and you actually manage to act mature for about fifteen minutes."
"Oh?" asked Naruto, perking up.
"Then you blow it," said Toltiir. "But I suppose I can add her if there's significant changes in your character."
Ka-zap.
"Okay, from right to left. So we have the tsundere - Sakura Haruno," said Toltiir. "Ino Yamanaka, Tenten, Hinata Hyuga, Tetsuko Araki-"
"I don't know her," interrupted Naruto.
"Civilian girl. Works at her father's tailor shop. Doesn't despise you and has some sympathy for what she's seen you going through." Toltiir shrugged. "Normally would just be a background character but all it takes is one little shift in her life and you'd actually meet her."
"Oh," said Naruto.
"Hanabi Hyuga," began Toltiir.
"Uhm, she's only six years old," pointed out eleven year old Hinata.
"All it would take was some curiosity about what her older sister sees in this boy she spies on to get that particular thread in motion," said Toltiir. "So she ends up with a crush on this loud-mouthed boy who doesn't treat her as a punching bag like her father, or some porcelain princess like many others do, and when Naruto turns sixteen - romantic interest first crush sort of thing. Happens all the time. She could still be pursuing that friendly angle until she's sixteen herself - Naruto would be twenty-one. Still a bit of an age gap, but by the time she gets to an age where it is acceptable - like age nineteen - she could have a lock on the girlfriend position by then."
"O-oh," managed Hinata.
"So typical mix as I understand it," said Toltiir. "If we're going with tradition. A tsundere, a would-be diva, the serious girl, the normal girl, the token loli. Who am I missing?"
