Usagi's New Life: Genma's Plan: Accelerated Training! [Episode 24106]

by Kestral

Genma had known, after all was said and done, that all he had to do was watch Ranma.

If the animals came back for Ranma, he would be able to follow.

If they did not, then he would train Ranma properly. He knew just how to make up for lost time with the Catfist.

They came back and got Ranma and went to this boat. Naturally, Genma followed. Since the animals had started getting collected when Ranma was five, they'd spent large amounts of time together - Genma had been pretty sure that the group would return.

Unfortunately, this vessel had quickly gotten underway and Genma had had to hide rather than have a meeting with the ship's crew.

Also unfortunate, when he'd gotten knocked into that "carnival procurer" he'd lifted her wallet and found that she actually was a thief and had only 10,000 yen to her name. He'd nearly been taken in by a petty thief! How shameful!

Genma knew that to make up for lost time, he'd have to throw Ranma into even harsher training. A lion had to push its cubs down a cliff, and then throw rocks on it, so that only the toughest survived. He would have to be an ogre, but it was for the sake of the Art.

Waiting until Ranma and the animals were asleep, Genma readied a lifeboat.

When the time came he struck quickly, grabbing his boy up and fleeing to the boat, lowering it into the water and rushing off with it before an alarm could be raised. By the time the alarm was raised, he was well away from the ship and could be lost in the darkness. China was that way. He could train Ranma in the Catfist and then in this impressive martial arts training site he'd found in a brochure while waiting for Ranma to get out of school.

Jusenkyo. It sounded perfect.

Nathan watched the portly man make off with a lifeboat, but his main attention was on the animals.

The owl quickly took wing and began a spiraling flight plan until it located the lifeboat.

"Follow that owl, slow speed, run quiet," instructed the Wandering Jew with a smile.

The Mate was used to strange orders from the equally strange captain and silently complied.

Nathan wasn't sure if the Fae had gotten involved and turned a bunch of people into animals again, but he had to admit this was different. If he wanted to get any answers, and he did, it was best to see what developed here.
