Not that she couldn't see what would have drawn a male's desire towards the other girl. In fact, there were two very sizable pulls for a boy's gaze, and they bounced right upon her friend's chest. Sure, Naeka had long legs and a pretty face that looked good even when she had her glasses on, but the guys tended to look no higher than her cleavage.
Fortunately though, Ranma hadn't simply looked at his wife as a pair of boobs. Instead, he had looked towards her as a person, and had seemed to enjoy her admiration for the warrior arts. Since she seemed to be pretty skilled in that arena, they had something in common, along with their dislike of schoolwork. Both of them were energetic people who tended to be quite capable of dealing with problems on their own.
However, they would need help in this regard, and she looked forward to helping them with it. After all, the two girls shared the dubious distinction of being bothered by fools who didn't understand that their perverted behavior was not wanted, and had to fight to keep themselves safe from the stupidity. Well, in the absence of the presence of Ranma, who was the only guy who hadn't really acted on hormones, it was up to her to pick up her phone, dial the number, and wait for an answer.
What she hadn't expected was to get a male voice on the line. "Who would be calling to bother the Fujiwara home?"
"I'm Akane Tendo...." Akane began, wondering what was happening. "I'm a friend of Naeka's."
"How interesting. Claiming an alliance with the Mistress.... This may be an attempt to lower our guard."
"What are you talking about?"
"Do not worry. The 'Maid Guy Ear' will analyze your voice for any lies and untruths so as to find out the truth of what you say."
"Huh?" she grunted.
"Now we will make you say the truth...." the strange man trailed off... right before there was a loud crash, almost as if something large and heavy had been slammed down.
"I told you not to harass people!" snapped a much more familiar voice. "Sorry if he bothered you."
By now Akane was totally lost, both in stability and understanding. "Naeka? Is that you?"
"Akane?! He was starting in on you?"
"It seemed like that. But... who was that guy?"
"Umm... Just some guy that my grandfather sent to... help out around here. Now if only he wouldn't try to take over everything in the house and leave me alone, it'd be so much better!" Naeka bit out.
"He's causing you trouble then?"
"Trust me, it's one headache after another."
"Maybe I shouldn't bother you right now then. If you want, I could call back at a better time."
"Somehow, I kind of doubt that there would be a 'better time'." "If you say so. But...." Akane murmured.
"What? What is it?"
"It seems that my Dad knows Ranma's father, and so now they are going to come here. Your husband will be visiting my house."
Ranma's going to be there?!" the married girl yelped.
"Yeah, and if you want, you could come see him. Or we could bring him to you."
"I could... I could.... I'd get to be with him again...."
"Pretty much," the youngest Tendo agreed, letting a small smile onto her face, while:
