17 year old Ranma of Themyscira was standing in one of the royal training fields facing off against his sister. The two siblings circled around each other looking for an opening. Not seeing any, Diana quickly decided to make one. Themyscaira's princess slammed her right heel into the ground and said, "Revised Bakusai Tenketsu!"
Ranma quickly flew into the air and launched a Moku Takabisha at his sister. Of course, she easily side stepped the attack and joined her brother in the air. The two siblings quickly started their old routine of bashing each other's face in with their fists. Off to the side, several of the royal guards were standing by watching the fight and placing bets on which sibling would be the first to hit the ground.
Unknown to the Amazons, the royal spar had a few divine observers. Artemis and Athena both watched the spar with appreciative eyes. It had become a common outing for the two goddesses to watch the royal siblings spar. It certainly was better than watching Zeus and Hera argue over Zeus's latest dalliance. Athena glanced at her companion and asked, "So Artemis, how do you think this spar will go? I personally think the prince will win. He has more time to train as he isn't intended to rule and is more unpredictable than his sister."
Artemis shrugged her shoulders and replied. "It could go either way as always. However, I think Diana will be more likely to win. Ranma hasn't come up with any new tricks this week and you know he's never able to go 100 percent against Diana. He may be able to take Diana seriously, but part of him still doesn't want to go all out and seriously hurt her."
The goddesses continued to observe the spar and give their commentary. However, they themselves were being watched. Cupid stood in the background setting up two scorpions and muttering to himself. "I've gotten every god and goddess except for you two gals. This time, you're NOT escaping my arrows and I'll prove once and for all time that I am the most powerful god in existence!" Cupid then pulled out two locked cases and opened them to reveal golden bolts the size of cue sticks. It had cost Cupid his entire Gundam collection to get Hephaestus to make these bolts of love, but they were guaranteed to do the job. As added insurance, the bolts each had a lock of Ranma and their intended goddess's hair fused into it for maximum love effect.
With precision that would make Apollo green with envy, Cupid aimed at the unsuspecting goddesses. A maniacal grin appeared on the little god's face as he pulled the triggers and the bolts sailed through the air. Both bolts struck their intended goddess in the back piercing their hearts as they starred at the prince.
