Ranma was coming home, full of delicious free ice cream. That was one thing that Ranma admitted liking being a girl for. Guys don’t eat ice cream, only girls do, so now she can see what she was missing, and it was good. Now that Ranma gained control of the curse (as long as he was a she for a good amount of time) it was even better as she didn’t have to worry about water flying out to get her, heck, if she was aware enough, she can go wherever she wanted. Happosai jumps on the girl side at the bathhouse? Ranma can chase after him. Happosai wanting to grope her? Whoops, not a girl now. A girl’s only hot spring with some secret martial arts scroll? No problem. Hey, this might not be so bad after all. Changing when not wanting to was 90% of the annoyance anyway. Things might be looking up for once, so what if he wasn’t 100% man? At least he can be a guy when he wants. It’s not like when it first happened. A lot has changed since that spring messed up his life. Back then it was the worst thing that he could think of. (Ok… second worst, cats are and always will be evil little furry demons!) Now, after being locked twice, giving up a cure for the sake of others twice, and living with it for over a year, it is not as bad as it was before. Sure it was bad, and he experienced things no man should ever have, but maybe, just maybe, it wasn’t so bad after all.
“Who am I kidding?” female Ranma asked out loud “I’m stuck being both genders for the rest of my life! This is terrible!”
But maybe, just maybe, she can get through this, as long as she still liked girls and didn’t become all girly, then it doesn’t matter right?
“But what to say when I get home? Hey guys I’m cured I just have to change back and forth all the time but it’s at least on my terms! Yeah right!”
If not that, then what? Change every time water hits me? That just defeats the purpose of the whole damn wish! Act cured, and secretly be a girl when no one’s looking? Like that’ll work. Think Ranma think! Running away is out, acting cured is out, and I cant get cured anyway! What to do what to do?!
Ranma was a block away, on top of a building looking down on where he needed to go. It was almost an hour until he thought of something that just might work.

Akane, meanwhile, was planning her own thing. After everything that happened, all the kidnappings, the fights, the insanity, and the Kunos, yes especially the Kunos, it was time to take a break away from it all. Not long, no, not at all. Just a day or two at the women’s-only hot tubs and spa would do well for her. She definitely needed time alone with her thoughts.
“Tomorrow, I can just relax, no fiancés, no rivals, no Ranma.”
Oh how so wrong was she.

In another place, another girl was having the same idea as her rival. Taking a break from running a restaurant would do well for her. Ukyo desperately needed to get out for a day or two. Although Ranma forgave her for ruining his wedding, she still felt guilty on stooping that low. A time away from others would do her good.
“Tomorrow, nothing matters but me and a hot tub, acting like a girl, with girls, like a real girl. Maybe then Ran-chan will love me.”

In another restaurant, another girl makes the same plan. Her great-grandmother said it would be a good idea to lay back and relax. Actively chasing Ranma wasn’t getting her anywhere. Plus she needed a day off so that’s what she’ll do. No pressure, no worries, and no stupid husband-stealing-can’t-cook-anything-girl to get in the way.
“Just Shampoo with Shampoo’s shampoo…stupid Japanese language!”

In a house of loonies which has a capacity of 3, a certain girl was not planning a trip to a spa. No, she had other things to do. Specifically she had revenge on a red haired harridan who keeps her away from her love that is rightfully hers. Tomorrow, yes that will be good. Everything will be ready by then and that red haired bitch will be no more! Still, how will pouring this water on the head of her rival she had no idea still, she was promised it would work since it was the same one that was to be used to sacrifice that girl at that peasant’s wedding. Oh yes, rest now, because that pigtailed girl will be a problem no more!
“Oooh ho ho ho ho!!”

Still on top of the building, Ranma was having sneezing fits.
“Hope no one’s talking ‘bout me. Who am I pulling, of course they are…”
Well at least he knows how to do this now walking into the Tendo home as the right gender for this to work Ranma put his plan into place which was...
