Checking her vital signs in short order, the blue haired girl looked up and smiled. "Nothing's wrong with Ranma."
"Then what happened?" asked Haruka.
"I think that he just fainted."
"Oh," said the short-haired blonde with a nod of understanding. For some reason, it was very important to her that he be okay. Not the normal everyday keeping another person alive, or the concern over a friend, but more like that she felt a need to keep him safe. Why she didn't know, but it was there.
What she didn't realize, simply because she couldn't know, was that there tended to be a leak over from the previous form when an animal had been put, or fallen, into the spring. That property had been exploited by the Musk for a long time by their use of the spring to create brides to strengthen their blood lines. They hadn't been the only ones to wind up wedding such girls, but in the long run, it had been shown that the nature of the animal was felt in the resulting girl.
Still, the Senshi did not know that. What they did know was that certain ideas were coming up in their minds. Haruka, for instance, wanted to keep near Ranma. Ami, Minako and Hotaru wanted to curl up with him. Usagi had an urge for some carrot sticks and Setsuna found herself yawning. The other three were just like that.
It wasn't just the pool though. Years spent as animals had colored their perceptions. Their continued companionship with Ranma had done the same. With all that, it had resulted in a habit, or at least instinct to do certain things.
Still unaware of that, Ami commented, "I do have to wonder why he fainted like that."
Makoto crossed her arms over her chest. "Don't look at me, I..."
"What is it Mako-chan?"
"That pool, it turned us human, right?"
"Yes?"
"It didn't give us any clothes, did it?"
"Oh, of course not..." Ami began, and then reddened along with the rest of them. "Eeep."
"You wouldn't happen to have something that you could lend us to wear?" Setsuna asked the Guide.
"I... I... not sure. I look, yes? Looking is good. No, it not. I see if clothes there. Uh... not mean that..," mumbled the Guide as he stumbled off to his hut.
"So what do we do in the mean time?" growled Rei.
"I don't know," said Usagi, "Look for some big leaves?"
The rest of the Senshi groaned while:
