Sakura's mind continued to work out details, except she was then distracted completely by Sasuke beating his head against the wall. The sight of Sasuke had the usual effect in that many higher functions of her brain seemed to shut down and her blood turn to something fizzy.
"I wish Sasuke were mine!" blurted out Sakura.
"Your what?" asked the really ugly old bald monk.
Sasuke abruptly stopped beating his head against the wall, slowly turning to look at his team member.
"My girlfriend," said Sakura. "I mean, that I was his girlfriend, I mean..."
Sasuke stared at Sakura, twitching VERY heavily. For whatever odd reason, he suddenly could picture what he'd look like as a girl. At the first hint of light building up around him, he was going to dodge as if his manhood depended on it.
"The god of pranks has apparently decided not to answer your wish to have a lesbian relationship with your teammate," said Cherry. "Though I really must say this is 'most ominous'."
"That's not what I wished for!" declared Sakura.
"Actually, Sakura, that IS what you wished for," said Kakashi, his visible eyebrow twitching. This did NOT bode well.
"Oh yeah, well I wish," stated Sasuke, a bit relieved that he wasn't transforming, "that Naruto had to deal with my fangirls."
"I'd wish you three got along better," sighed Kakashi.
"What I meant," began Sakura.
"Better not involve me," interrupted Sasuke.
Naruto mumbled something from his position on the floor.
Light began to build up ominously as Sakura blurted out her wish.
