In the two years that Naruto and Hinata had been with them, Hayate thought, they'd been able to tell only a small amount about their system and world. Which was understandable since the two had been raw academy graduates rather than experienced warriors. And apparently Naruto's grades had not been exceptionally high.
Hayate looked over the file they had.
Jutsu-System
World of Development: Unadministered Inhabited World #108 - Wakusei
In-System Divisions: Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Kekkei Genkei
Taijutsu: Primarily Magic-Enhanced Attacks comparable to Belkan style melee attacks. Use of Mass-based weapons.
Jyuken: A family art practiced by the family of Knight B+ Hinata Hyuga, auxiliary TSAB special deputy. Hyuga is quiet about the exact details of the art based on considering it a family secret. Judging on principles and application, it is based on identifying and attacking the weak points of an opponent rather than applying direct force.
Ninjutsu: Primarily support style spells. Incredible versatility. Some shooter and area-type spells. Neither Naruto Uzumaki nor Hinata Hyuga knew of jutsu matching bombardment class spells. May merely not be common.
Seals: Given the entities sealed within Naruto Uzumaki, the Jutsu system has highly advanced this branch of study.
Clones: The creation semi-aware duplicates of the caster with real physical existence. Comparatively fragile. Memories of destroyed clones return to the caster.
Genjutsu: Targeted and area illusions via telepathic manipulation. Reported effectiveness by Hinata Hyuga surpasses current opinions on the limits of illusion based magic. May be an overestimation given the reporting party's youth and inexperience.
Kekkei Genkei: Inborn abilities. Similar to Combat Cyborg Inherent Skills. Possibly also related to what are known as Rare Skills to TSAB records.
Byakugan: Hinata Hyuga's Inherent Skill. Extremely versatile and advanced visual abilities. Capability to perceive mana. Use of this ability seems central to many of Hinata Hyuga's self-designed spells.
Overall Analysis: The Jutsu-system's focus is on avoidance and deception. The variety of support effects is much higher than either Belka or Mid-Childa. Attack power on average lower than either Belka or Mid-Childa. Avoidance is the defensive philosophy rather than deflection or absorption. Jutsu is more difficult to detect than common spells. Current information is limited to information from two practitioners.
Lt Col Yagami was curious about what else they would learn from their planned trip to Konoha later. Nanoha's trip had been so short that it hadn't really given them anything new.
There was a lot of interest in the system from the Enforcers especially. That and the apparent existence of inborn talents which some of the less ethical might choose to exploit had led to the system and the world itself being classified as S-class secrets at least until relations and security could be made regarding the world and its inhabitants.
And given Hinata's and Naruto's description of the recent history, more Hinata than Naruto, it was a very violent place.
Really, it sounded quite a bit like her and Nanoha's home-world given its own state of conflict. Only Earth was in a magical dark age with almost no spell casters aside from a handful of TSAB trained people and some weak, self-trained "psychics" with barely noticeable abilities. By comparison, Hinata and Naruto's world was highly magically active and had experienced interdimensional incidents.
Which required them to at least watch it.
Beyond that, she and the others just wanted to see where it was the two had come from and see how they were doing.
