“Okay,” said Naruto, thinking that might be do-able. “So what are these ‘stored profiles’ then?”
The cat popped up several displays to properly give the boy a better idea of what was involved. “Ah, as to that, they’re various other people’s kekkei genkai.”
The blonde youth looked about the various screens. “Kekkei genkai?” he repeated with a note of curiousness. “Like Sasuke?”
Nodded his head, the Ancient Chaos Deity currently passing himself off as an aspect of the Kyuubi replied, “Yes. And that goes for your friend Hinata too.”
The boy turned his attention towards the unconscious girl on the bed, “Huh? Hinata’s got a bloodline too?”
“Of course!” Toltirr replied with a small grin. “You saw how her eyes were different from yours? Well, that’s because she possesses Byakugan, the ‘All Seeing White Eye’. It is the famed doujutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyuuga clan. It is one of the ‘Three Great Doujutsu’, along with the Sharingan and the Rinnegan... all of which, I might add, the Toltrix will grant you for ten minutes at a time.”
The boy raised his hands, waving them to get the mischief maker’s attention. “Wait, wait, wait!” Naruto spoke up, trying to figure things out. “I’m gonna have THREE eyes?”
“No, you’ll merely have access to all three doujutsu. I should also note that you can only access one doujutsu at a time... for now...” he smirked, already wondering if he should allow the Toltrix to turn Naruto in a San Daidoujutsu Triclops by the time the Ultoltrix was ready as an advanced form.
Accepting that answer—and coming to the conclusion that meant he’d be able to mix powers the sooner he got to practicing and raising his reserves, the Jinchuuriki of Konohagakure was quick to find out what new goodies had been added to his proverbial bag of tricks so he could become a super special awesome ninja worthy of becoming Hokage—and helping Hinata too, of course. “Okay then, Mr. Fox,” he told the disembodied entity he assumed was the vicious Nine-Tails. “Just what is each of my powers anyway?”
“Ah, of course. First we’ll start off with the Byakugan.” Naruto blinked as one of the screens came down before him; it looked like Hinata but older and with longer hair, smashing through all kinds of people, striking them down and making them collapse like bags of sand... it... it was actually kind of cool! “Just so you know, the abilities are three-fold but the last one will take some work on your part to make the best of it. Still, you’ll have access to the two primary abilities quite easily. First off, the Byakugan give you a near 360-degree field of vision, except for one teeny-tiny, eensy-weensy blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. The degree of vision around you would be an approximately fifty meter field of vision that can be extended if you push it, but that will come at a cost of either sapping your chakra that much faster or sacrificing the time you could use that form, possibly cutting your ten minutes down to five or three.”
“Secondly,” Toltirr continued. “Is the ability of being able to see through solid objects, which can be used atop of the telescopic sight. It can also allow you to see through most barriers, and other things such as smokescreens, help differentiate between non-corporeal clones, and can see through techniques that would otherwise shield someone from normal sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic x-ray sight varies from person to person, but it can be improved through training. Again, as with the field vision, you’ll be starting off with fifty meters when you use the telescopic x-ray abilities.”
Naruto considered this and nodded. That... that was actually kind of neat! At last! He’d no longer need a look-out while setting up pranks! He’d know if anyone was coming and from where! “And the thing I have to work on?”
Toltirr, albeit disembodied, gave off the impression he was nodding his head. “The third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, chakra flow, and the chakra circulation system inside the body with great detail as well as the colour of chakra. It is from this particular ability that the Hyuuga Clan are able to employ their ultimate attack style: Gentle Fist. This combat style focuses on internal injuries: each strike, when placed correctly, strikes along the chakra pathway system, screwing with the functionality of the opponent’s organs and nervous-system. So you know, there is no normal defense against the Gentle Fist, since one cannot train one’s internal organs to become stronger. The only possible defense is to keep the Gentle Fist’s hits from connecting.”
The Paraiah of Konoha slowly realized where this was going. “So to make use of that last ability... I need to get a Hyuuga to teach me?”
“Or half-ass something yourself,” Toltirr admitted with an invisible shrug. “Although admittedly, Hinata here might be persuaded to give you some pointers so you don’t make a complete ass of yourself should you try to take on someone like Neji with a mockery of his own style.”
“...Duly noted,” Naruto replied, nodding his head firmly as he made a mental note to make sure to be nice to the weird girl that had the white eyes, so he could use his own white eyes of power that much better. He then quickly shifted gears. “And you said I get all three eyes! That means I get the Sharingan, like teme?” He asked happily, rubbing his hands together in a most decidedly devious fashion. At last! If he had the same power as the golden child, people would HAVE to respect him!!
“Yes Naruto, you will also be able to possess the Sharingan like the teme,” the disembodied voice replied as another screen showed Sasuke with the spinning red eyes and these weird black marks all over his body lunging towards someone with his hand ablaze with lightning chakra. Naruto winced at the image. Whoever the poor sap that was going to be on the receiving end of that claw-like attack at least had some GREAT fashion sense and wore orange. The person mostly out of view was obviously a worthy foe to make the teme go all out, what with knowing orange was the best color to display one's power and importance!
As Naruto missed the importance of that event due to how it was cropped, Toltirr continued. “Literally meaning, ‘Copy Wheel Eye’ it is also nicknamed the ‘Heaven’s Eye’ because of the many abilities it grants the user. However, the Sharingan’s main abilities consist of two aspects. First is the, ‘Eye of Insight’. With this, the Sharingan is able to see the flow of chakra, albeit not with the same extent that the Byakugan can, it does so in a rather unique way. Instead of seeing full pathways to the most minuet details, the Sharingan gives color to chakra, allowing the wielder to differentiate the power flow and elemental type, allowing them to copy taijutsu, ninjutsu, and genjutsu that they witness while their ability is active. As a side-effect of this ability, the Sharingan are also able to tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the targeted person’s chakra flow would be obviously irregular.”
Toltirr in his, ‘I-am-the-All-Powerful-Kyuubi’ voice continued. “Then there is the, ‘Eye of Hypnotism’. This is the Sharingan’s second-most prominent ability, and while often more overlooked, it is QUITE useful. It grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu that are in effect around or on them, allowing them to dispel such... and from this ability comes a set of powerful techniques rarely which were feared by the Uchiha clan. A Sharingan user can perform two very powerful and unique genjutsu: Izanagi and Izanami, which can be used to alter or decide one’s destiny.”
At those words, Naruto’s jaw dropped; the image on the screen changed to an older man similar to Sasuke, standing amidst a pile of corpses and pools of blood. “...Come again?” he whispered, surprised that tears were trailing down the man’s face from eyes that, while obviously the Sharingan... were VERY different... kind of reminded him of a three-pronged shuriken.
“Yes, although it will be a long while before you have the control to even use these, you do have the chakra capacity for them so it’s best you understand them now before you stumble on these yourself as the results aren’t likely to be funny... at all,” the voice of Toltirr admitted. “Using Izanagi, the user can warp reality for a short amount of time, changing reality into illusion and illusion into reality, thus escaping death and rewriting destiny; although to make use of this technique to its full extent, the user must be descended of both the Uchiha and Senju Clans.”
“Wait!” the Academy student interrupted. “If that’s the case, then how does that help me?” the boisterous blonde shouted, demanding information.
“........Izanami, on the other hand,” the voice continued, deciding it would be best to let Naruto find that one out for himself. “Is a genjutsu that traps the victim in an infinite loop disregarding their five senses; this technique was specifically created to counter anyone who would abuse Izanagi’s ability to alter their destiny, by forcing the victims to relive the situation over and over until they accept it and cease using Izanagi. Also, you should know that both techniques have been labeled kinjutsu, because use of either causes the eye that performed Izanagi or Izanami to close forever.”
Naruto nodded his head. Forbidden techniques, huh? That... was both tempting and scary. If they could be made available to him, it would make an excellent ace in the hole, as it were. After all, if he was to be Hokage one day, he needed at the jutsu he could get, no matter HOW dangerous.
And speaking of more jutsus... “And what’s this third eye?” the blonde boy chirruped, excited to see what else the Toltrix would grant him.
“Well, that would be the Rinnegan,” the voice called out as the screen with the very sad man moved out of the way and showed a long-haired man in robes and carrying a staff; his eyes ringed and purple as he stood within the center of a ring comprised of nine large animal-like creatures—whom Naruto noticed had numerous tails each, one more than the other starting with one on a cherub baby raccoon, ending with nine tails on a fox cub. “The most exalted eyes amongst the San Daidoujutsu is characterized by its ripple-like pattern which spreads over the eyeballs, with light purple irises and sclera. It was admired as being able to bring forth all ninjutsu.”
Naruto was beaming like a kid on Ninja-Christmas Morning. “All? Did you say, ‘ALL’!?” He couldn’t believe it! Everything he ever wanted, at his finger-tips! Move over, Jiji! He was coming for that hat!!
“Yes, Naruto. ALL ninjutsu,” Toltirr repeated with a tone of voice that he hoped would convey the boy at least take this seriously. “It is also a doujutsu tied to destiny itself. It is said that in times when the world is in disorder, a person is sent down from the heavens to become either a, ‘God of Creation’ who will calm the world, or a ‘Grand Destroyer’ who will reduce everything to nothingness. This is because the Rinnegan allows the user to use the Six Paths technique.”
Raising his head, Naruto blinked his eyes once, twice. “Six Paths technique?” he inquired curiously.
“Yes, The Six Paths technique is the origin of the unique series of techniques bestowed by the Rinnegan. Lthough in truth, that name is misleading as there are actually seven of these paths in-total that grant the user powerful and in the higher paths, god-like abilities. The first is the Deva Path, which allows one to manipulate both attractive and repulsive forces. Beyond that is the Asura Path, which grants the user artifact-level weaponry and armor, as well as providing mechanized limbs for those who have lost theirs. Third is the Human Path, which gives the ability to remove a soul from a person, and so, read their mind one-hundred percent. From there, we have the Animal Path, which lets the user summon a wide variety of creatures, up to and including the Bijuu. Then we have Preta Path, which can absorb all forms of chakra, including most ninjutsu, leaving you untouched should someone attack you that way. The sixth of the known techniques is the Naraka Path, through which one can summon and control the King of Hell itself, making him bow to your will! And finally, mostly unknown due to how taboo it is, is the Outer Path, which has the Celestial Emperor grant you complete control over both life and death.”
“...I could blow up the whole world with this darn thing...” Naruto whispered in awe. Yes, he thought the Rinnegan could open up a path to the Hokage sooner rather than later... but this could do it damn well right now! Ah, Hokage Naruto Uzumaki! He couldn’t WAIT to sign the paperwork for Konoha’s first Ramen Festival!
“Yes,” the voice agreed. “Which is why even if you try and access it, you only have a one-in-one-hundred shot of actually getting it.”
The boy went wide-eyed. “SAY WHAT!?”
“Naruto,” Toltirr’s voice rumbled. “I have no problem helping you mature and grow, but that doujutsu is too risky, too powerful, and too unwieldy for someone of your age and maturity. And besides, it’s funnier when you go for it and get something else...” sensing the boy’s pouting, he replied, “Not to worry... you’ll still have access when it really, REALLY matters, I promise... but like all the choices, the odds are against you every so often.”
Blinking his expressive blue eyes in surprise, the child asked, “...The odds are against me?”
“Oh quite. You see the Toltrix isn’t one-hundred percent complete yet, which leads to small... irregularities.”
“...Irregularities?” Naruto dead-panned.
“Quite! While it’s only set for ten bloodline abilities, when I was piecing the Toltrix together, I went over and studied... oh... more like ten-thousand of them before making the final choices. So while they’re normally locked out—as it was much easier to keep them in than erase anything—it’s very possible that with the right set of circumstances and triggers, you might unlock a kekkei genkai that would have normally been unavailable to you. And because the programming wasn’t one-hundred percent, one-out-of-ten times you choose one of your kekkei genkai, it will shift to another instead. For example, around the tenth time you choose the Sharingan, you might get the Byakugan active instead, or the Mokuton. Shoot, you might even be lucky and get the Rinnegan opened up.”
Naruto raised his head at that. While it was nice to know he could get the Rinnegan, the voice of the Kyuubi—or what he assumed was the Kyuubi—brought up a phase he didn’t recognize. “The Mokuton?”
“Yes. I old listed three techniques; you still have seven more: two well known, one altered, and four of my own special design for you...”
“...Do you have to cackle like that?” Naruto whispered quietly.
“Yes,” the voice told him again. “Now where was I?”
“The Mokuton?” the blonde prompted the voice.
“Ah, yes! That’s right!” Naruto yelped as another screen smacked him in the face. Backing up, the boy saw a brunette man in armor of black and red, standing before the seal of Konoha atop a wood platform that continued to rise into the air. “Also known as the Wood Release, the Mokuton is an advanced nature kekkei genkai that combines earth and water-based chakra to create wood, or even complete trees. However, besides wood, this bloodline ability can also be used to create other aspects of trees, such as seeds or flowers; so you’d never have to worry about making pretty bouquets for lovely ladies should one become the fancy of your eye. I should also note that the Wood Release techniques can be produced from anywhere, including the user’s body, as the person’s chakra is literally converted into a source of life. Wood Release techniques were the pride and joy of the Senju Clan with it being used by the first two Hokages, and it was this technique that was used to literally create Konohgakurea. Many ninja and civilians hold it in high regard, even those of rival villages who look upon it with envy.”
Realizing that this was associated out-and-out with Naruto nervously licked his lips. “So... if I used this in front of people... it would get them to accept me?”
“Perhaps... or just piss them off when they see the boy they hate using the techniques of their beloved Hokages,” the voice of Toltirr admitted. “Either way, it is an amazingly versatile kekkei genkai and let’s just say used at the right time, you’ll be able to tweak the shorts of certain people who have had it out for you, as well as the noses of people who have jealously sought it out.”
The boy frowned as he realized what that meant. “So, I’d have people coming after me?”
“Not like you don’t have enemies already; only this will give you something more in your repertoire to fight them.”
Considering that for a moment, Naruto had to nod his head in agreement. “True...”
Toltirr allowed the boy a moment to mentally assimilate that news before telling him, “And moving on, The Toltrix will also allow you to tap into the abilities of the Hyuton.” The screen that had smacked him in the face now moved back, allowing him to see Sasuke being surrounded by numerous spinning mirrors with the images of a masked man within. “Also known as the Ice Release, the Hyoton is another advanced nature kekkei genkai, this time of the nearly extinct Yuki clan. It allows the user to combine water and wind-based chakra to create ice which they can manipulate through willpower alone, no hand-seals required. This ice is also surprisingly resistant to fire-based chakra attacks, only melting slightly when coming with flames of chakra. Oh no, if you want to cause any fast damage, you need to use REAL fire. It should also be mentioned that having water nearby is an advantage, as one can simply freeze that water to create ice... which the user can still have traction atop of while others won’t.”
Naruto grinned wide. Oh yes, this definitely had some prank potential. A lot of prank potential if he was honest with himself. Oh, if only he could use the Byakugan at the same time; he already had some delightfully nasty ideas brewing.
“Next up, we have a kekkei genkai that I may have dabbled in a little.” Naruto blinked his eyes as the screen in front of his face merely switched channels, showing a bunch of men in similar blue uniforms all wearing hiate with the same sigil that the mirror-man has on his mask; the area exploding around them. “The Bakuton, also known as the Explosion Release, is the pride and joy of Iwagakure’s Explosion Corps. While it is unknown what elements this bloodline technique entails—spoilers: it’s Fire and Wind-based chakra—one cannot deny the destructive force of this kekkei genkai. This chakra nature gives the wielder the ability to utilize explosive chakra in combat, allowing them to cause explosions in objects they come into contact with. Also, if one combines some Earth-based Chakra with the user’s technique can create the kinjutsu Explosive Clay: giving a person a time-based explosive that can be positioned where needed before being detonated.”
Toltirr then went in for the kill. “Also, the user of this bloodline can direct and control the power of said explosive force. One could easily use it to make a stone dart off quickly from a direction completely opposite from the user, blow up a toilet or two, or even, with practice, set off an explosion within a target with colontastically hilarious results.”
Yes, Toltirr wasn’t that big a fan of toilet humor... but he knew Naruto was and decided to toss the kid a bone in his direction of some sort, since he was more or less denying him easy access to the Rinnegan aka, ‘The Hax Eye’.
Naruto grinned wide. Move over Rinnegan, HELLO NEW FAVORITE!
“Anyway, from there, have some unique kekkei genkai of my own creation, made just for you,” the voice continued firmly. When he was sure he had the excited boy’s attention once more, the disembodied voice of Toltirr proclaimed, “I’ve made you a doujutsu of your very own. Behold the Momoirogan!”
Naruto blinked as a screen moved out of the way and was another screen. Naruto blinked for a moment, trying to get used to the sight of himself with pink eyes with red irises that were in the shape of a downward triangle with two halves of a circle on top; that passed out girl also beside him, looking all happy and love-dovey. “Is that a... heart?” he finally asked, realizing he recognized the shape in the eyes.
Although he was currently without a physical manifestation, Toltirr managed to project the sensation that he was grinning. “Indeed, the Momoirogan or ‘Pink Eye’ also known as the ‘Erogan’ is a very special doujustu meant to help you with people of the opposite gender... admittedly I’m blocking a lot of the powers for you until your older but it will still have a number of nice effects available to you from the start. First off, if a girl looks into your eyes, they will think much more kindly of you. Even if you annoyed them at first—like Sakura—they suddenly won’t be as quick to hit you or say nasty things. Oh sure, they will if you act like an idiot but it will keep them from being quick to react negatively. Secondly,” the voice continued. “It has a slight hypnotic effect. Women that look directly into your gaze are more suggestible to your words, part of that whole lessening of mistrust. You won’t have full control over them but you can tell a woman something they want to hear and they’ll believe it, like telling them they are strong and brave and fear nothing.”
Nodding his head, Naruto had to admit, it looked rather odd but that was nice. While he’d like the chance to play with and hang out with some boys his own age, at least getting to spend time with SOMEONE of his age group and not have them out to hurt him definitely had it’s own merit too! Still though... “Hey, Kyuubi? Why is it also called the ‘Erogan’?”
“...You’ll find out when you’re older and the full powers kick in; I’d say about age sixteen,” the voice of Toltirr told him after a momentary pause. “Next though is an associated power and, while I was severely tempted to lock this one until you were old enough, I figured you’d appreciated the pranking potential now. “Behold the Chichiton!”
Naruto blinked his eyes once, twice. He gawked as the screen flipped channels once more, this time showing him at what looked like the ladies’ side of a bathhouse... with everyone having breast sizes that were impossibly huge; Naruto standing there, hands outstretched while an old man with long white hair in red clothes was cackling like mad and writing something with a quill pen and paper. “What the heck?”
“Yes!” Toltirr cackled. “I present to you the unique bloodline of the Chichiton, also known as the Breast Release, is a bloodline ability unique to you. Comprised of all five elements: Earth, Fire, Lightning, Water and Wind-based chakra, it is one of the single-most advanced nature kekkei genkai! Because of this, it takes a boat-load of chakra for the wielder to utilize the technique but because of that same fact, it is also impossible for a target to resist, even men if you wish to do that to them! No one is safe from the Chichiton!”
Considering this for of five minutes, Naruto knew EXACTLY what he would do with such power. The next time Sasuke started bitching like a teme and began acting like a woman—POW! Uchiha breasts! Breasts bigger than any girl in class! That would show the teme and his fangirls! “All right! That does sound neat! What else is there
“Next up is a personal favorite of mine, and something that will save your life. The Bennihirruton!”
Naruto just gawked as a screen came in from his left, saxophone music playing loudly over what was otherwise a silent, rapidly paced chase scene; himself and Sakura running as they each carried Sasuke by a leg, while being chased by a tall effeminate man robed in black with long black hair and an even longer tongue! Naruto blinked his eyes as he and Sakura appeared on screen again, only this time moving on the opposite direction with paddles and using the unconscious teme as a canoe while the fiend in black robes chased them while riding a unicycle, only now he was being followed by a woman with mesh-net shirt and long trench-coat whom was riding a snake the size of a small horse. He went even wider-eyes as they appeared once again, coming from the furthest point away from the screen: him and Sakura running for their lives while Sasuke chased them, the teme’s clothes scraps of cloth and the Uchiha covered in scraps, bumps and bruises, waving kunai wildly at the pink-haired girl and the orange clad Naruto. Behind Sasuke, the tall pale man was chasing them, only now he was also wearing dark-lensed glasses, a red fedora, and one hand was clad with a sequined glove while he was swiping a butterfly-net at Sasuke. Said psycho after Sasuke had the female behind him once more, screaming as she was on FIRE and behind HER a youth clad in green leotard with orange leg warmers was looking at the flames with love in her eyes, followed quickly by a girl with buns in her hair throwing numerous kunai and cursing that she was missing... with a boy that had the same eyes as Hinata taking up the rear, merely jogging at a sedate pace while chugging from a silver flask.
Finally turning away from the screen as the image of him running onto screen while carrying Sasuke Bridal-style—with him in a tuxedo and the teme in a dress—with a very angry Sakura stabbing him in the back repeatedly with a kunai, Naruto asked, “What the hell did I just watch!?”
“That, dear Naruto, is the Bennihirruton, the almighty Benny Hill Release!” Toltirr crowed proudly. “If everything seems lost and you know you’re doomed, all you need to do is bring forth this powerful kekkei genkai formed from pure, glorious chaos and let it go to work! In effect, it turns off the ‘serious’ light, eliminating all danger as everything goes all crazy! The song, “Yakety Sax” plays from seemingly nowhere yet everywhere you are, everything else going silent, even what one would consider sound-effects. Everything is sped up too, moving at a rapid pace for a truly farcical chase scene!”
Naruto could only shudder. “I don’t know...” he whispered slowly. As much as he liked having power... this thing...
“Trust me,” Toltirr told the boy. “I understand you may be hesitant to use it, but it is a truly ‘never-fail’ technique. If someone is injured and on the verge of death, this WILL save their life! Even if there is no rhyme or reason for it, they will be better and back on their feet by the end of the song.”
Considering that for a few moments, the boy nodded his head. “All right... if it can save lives, I can live with that. So what’s the final one?”
“That, dear Naruto, is something special for you. I give you the Kennomimiton!” the spinkey-haired blonde blinked his eyes as he saw a video of himself with blonde fox ears and tail; eyes red and fangs apparent in his sneer. Hos gaze went wider as he watched himself fighting his teacher Mizuki, keeping the man away from the downed form of Iruka, who merely watched on with awe. “What the heck happened to me!?”
“That Naruto is the power of the Kennomimiton, also known as the ‘Animal Ears Release’! Allowing you access to the Kyuu—MY Chakra, the bloodline allows you to unlock ‘Tailed-Beast Mode’! This makes you stronger, faster, more powerful and brutal! However, it also comes with physical changes. Your blue eyes will become red and as pupils become narrow slits. Nails and canine teeth will grow longer and sharper. Your hair will grow longer and spikier as it stands on end. Your facial whisker marks will also broaden and darken, adding to the feral appearance. While you can still stand on two feet, you’ll be able to move at far superior speeds by running about on all fours in a manner similar to the Four Legs Technique used by the Inuzuka Clan, the balance only heightened by your tail. You will also hear far better as your ears which have turned decidedly fox-like take on a parabolic ability, collecting and focusing sound waves, able to pick up sounds from many meters away! And of course, there is the increase in chakra!”
“But that’s not all,” Toltirr continued before the boy could argue about this kekkei genkai getting a mob after his ass. “While you are like this, it will also allow you to use the Bijuudama or Tailed Beast Ball attack! The Bijuudama is the ultimate attack technique of a Tailed Beast. To form the attack, you gather both positive black chakra and negative white chakra and shape both into a sphere: remember that the black and white chakra needs to be balanced at a four-to-one ratio respectively or it will backfire. The Bijuudama can be also fired in two different ways, either in sphere form, which can be detonated in a wave of powerful concussive force or as a concentrated beam of energy which gives it explosive penetrative power. When used in close proximity to other Tailed Beasts, the Tailed Beast Ball can be combined, vastly increasing its destructive power and size.”
Eyes wide with aw as he watched the video on the screen of himself unleashing such a powerful attack that it practically atomized Mizuki, the blonde jinchuriki wasn’t sure it could get more powerful than that.
“Of course,” the chaotic entity spoke up, quickly getting to why he created such a kekkei genkai. “Since it’s unlikely that you’d be able to get ahold of any other Tailed Beasts anytime soon to help you, your bloodline has the ability to temporarily bestow those you choose with the Kennomimiton as well...”
“...Come again?” Naruto asked... before gawking as the image on the screen changed to that of himself and Hinata—now sporting a pair of tiger ears and tail—both forming together a Bijuudama from the palms of their hand into one far larger more impressive Tailed Beast Ball. “What happened to Hinata!?”
“Like I said, it will allow you to bestow the ability of the Kennomimiton upon them... however,” Toltirr’s voice shifted to an authoritative tone. “Since the person you choose would likely not have a Bijuu within them, they will either take on a copied set of the Kyuubi ears and tail like you or, if their chakra is high enough, take on a form akin to their spirit animal as you are seeing with the Hyuuga heiress here. The duration of such would last as long as you have the Animal Ears Release active on yourself, meaning up until the Toltrix times it out.”
Finally, all the floating screens moved back, revealing Toltrix right before Naruto. The boy studied the device that floated before him: it looked like a wristwatch, primarily black and orange in color, with a black dial in the middle that had an orange and black image on the watch face that took on the image of a cat face. “So that’s it?” He asked with awe as he stepped closer.
“Yes, Naruto, that is the Toltrix! The very thing that will give you the power of ten, count ‘em, TEN kekkei genkai! All you need to do is accept and you’ll be able to get out of here, save Hinata and live your life as you should!”
Without hesitation, the boy reached for the device.
“I can’t believe you got him to accept!” Kurama growled irritably, trying to appear as fearsome as was possible for a plushy. “And how DARE you give the kit my power? I didn’t say you could do that!”
Reaching a paw over and patting the small PokéMon Vulpix plushy that was on the couch with him, Toltirr—now back to the physical form of a black cat—assured the Bijuu trapped in a very cute and powerless form, “Trust me. I know what I’m doing... and I’m doing it for the ‘lulz’!”
Kurama glared at the feline though those black eyes of a cute little Vulpix. “Have I told you how much I hate you?”
“Yes, you’ve been doing it since we got sealed together in the boy,” the elder god of mischief proclaimed, lifting a TV remote with his free paw. “No shush! My show is starting!”
“It started when Naruto was tossed into a dark cell,
Got stuck in there with Hinata just like a love motel,
Now he’s got some bloodlines and he’s gonna give ‘em hell!
Naruten!
So if you see him you're gonna be awed I am tellin’ you,
He’ll start using his chakra to perform super jutsu,
He's spinning eyeballed, fast and strong, and blowin’ stuff up too!
Naruten!
Armed with powers, he's on D-Rank,
Gonna complain the missions stank!
But he’ll never stop cause he needs that pay,
Yes he’s the newb genin who’s gonna save the day!
Naruten!”
“...He has a theme song. The brat has a theme song...” the Kurama growled at the unfairness of it all.
“I said, ‘shush’!” Toltirr growled as he put the remote down and reached for the bowl of popcorn.
The small Vulpix plushy looked over to the bowl. “Give me some popcorn.”
Considering that for a moment, the elder god of chaos firmly replied, “No.” he then tossed a few popped kernels into his mouth.
Pouting, the Nine-Tailed Bijuu could only grumble, “Asshole.”
“I’m a cat, it comes with the territory,” Tolirr replied around a mouthful of popcorn. “Now how man times do I gotta tell you? Shush!”
