[Episode 250210] [Episode 250210]She wasn't aware this was Hinata Hyuga. That the Destroyer had monitored her mangled but still living form emerging into the space between universes. That the Destroyer had then rebuilt the girl, but not knowing what she'd originally looked like - had rebuilt her a bit more creatively.
The same had been true of Hinata's companion, who'd been in even worse shape.
Eventually their original information would be completely deciphered and the Destroyer could re-establish more of their original selves. Right now it was just going with what tattered bits could be accurately mapped out.
For now, Hina was rebuilt as a defense/scout unit based off the Al-Hazard Artificial Magus Cyborg systems.
For now though, Des-chan noticed the closing wormhole and simply collected all available data on that for later analysis.
Five minutes after Naruto's vanishing.
"Might Guy and team reporting, Hokage-sama!"
"Right," said the Hokage. "Neji, turn on your Byakugan and tell me what you see."
Neji frowned but did as instructed, then cocked his head and stared. "What is that?"
"You can see it then?" asked the Hokage.
"Yes, right there," said Neji, pointing. "There is a... hole?"
"I see," said the Hokage, reaching out and tossing a pillow.
"It passed through without any effect," noted Neji, walking around to observe the thing from different angles. "What is it?"
"Five minutes ago, this was the size of door and visible to everyone," said the Hokage. "When it appeared, an Academy student named Naruto Uzumaki vanished within it. The sphere faded to invisibility, but your cousin Hinata was able to see it with her Byakugan. At that point she stated it was the size of her head."
"Hmph," said Neji dismissively. "Well, she might be able to manage that much at least."
"While demonstrating the size, she apparently made physical contact with it and was sucked within," said the Hokage. "Since then everything thrown at it has not been accepted."
"It is roughly the size of a young girl's fist, half the size of my own," said Neji.
"So far, nothing, even physical contact from someone else, has done anything at all," noted Kakashi Hatake.
"There are little ripples in the outline, the center itself is like... a tunnel - it curves off and away," reported Neji, still moving around it. "It also fades out as it curves."
"A tunnel?" asked the Hokage.
Neji pulled out a kunai and attempted to throw it down the tunnel his Byakugan could see. It passed through without a ripple. "It has gotten smaller by an additional finger-width."
At which point one of the ninja moving through the room interesected the sphere and Naji got a good look at the individual being pulled in and through that tunnel.
