Tsunade stared. Shizune stared. The two ANBU present stared.
At which point the door burst open and Sakura lurched in, followed by Konohamaru and his two friends.
"You FLEW!" said Konohamaru.
"Yeah, I cast 'Raywing'," said Naruto.
"Are you teaching me that jutsu, boss?!" asked Konohamaru, seeing all SORTS of possibilities opening up with that.
"STOP!" said Tsunade, slamming one hand down on her desk.
CRACK! SHATTER!
"Damn, that's the third one this week," complained Shizune as she surveyed the desk that had been cracked in half.
"There will be NO teaching of strange jutsu until they have been evaluated by the appropriate ninja authorities," said Tsunade, who ALSO saw the possibility of Konohamaru doing all sorts of possibilities.
"Konohagakure shinobi rule #47," said Shizune with a nod. "All new bloodlines, jutsu, special equipment, and procedures must be deemed safe and useful by a panel composed of at least four jonin."
"I thought shinobi rule #47 was 'if you see your allied ninja and the enemy nin all fleeing in the same direction, don't wait for an explanation - just start running'," said Jiraiya.
"That's the old set," said Shizune. "That one's been moved up to #24."
"Uhm, granny? This is gonna take a LONG time," said Naruto. "Cause we kinda learned an entirely new set of jutsu where we were."
"Entire schools of special jutsu," said Jiraiya. "Even trade in most cases. Just what are considered standard techniques."
"Oh? Such as?" asked Tsunade.
"Raywing - the flight spell we used to get here," said Jiraiya. "Some roughly parallel other jutsu like Fireball and Flame Breath. Others do things that are a bit more out there."
"How 'out there' are we talking about?" asked Tsunade.
"Well, most of the techniques we learned in that world-" began Naruto.
"The world is simply called 'the world' by the inhabitants," provided Jiraiya. "We mainly stuck to the coast of the Demon Sea area for two years."
"Yeah," said Naruto, glaring for a second at Jiraiya for the interruption. "After we found a way off that world though, we ended up somewhere else for three years."
"You were only gone for two years," protested Sakura. "Wait. Is that why you're taller and so much more..." She hesitated from using terms like 'buff' 'studly' or 'adult' while 'mature' just didn't fit together with Naruto in her mind.
Naruto nodded. "Yeah, we spent three years trying to get back after that, and we were-"
