Naruto could sneak, despite his orange clothing, and do pretty well at it when he wanted to. Right now he really wanted to.
There was Kakashi-sensei, who was fighting Sasuke.
Naruto focussed his legacy ability, trying to snag the jonin without grabbing the bells.
It took him awhile to build things up, and clearly Kakashi knew something was going on immediately. Sasuke knew something was going on too but used the distraction to get off a fireball.
Kakashi finally decided to put his book away (he'd been reading during most of his fight with Sasuke) and idly smacked Sasuke so hard that the dark-haired boy bounced off a tree trunk.
"Teleport jutsu!" declared Naruto as he fired it off.
A set of clothes dropped to the ground.
"What?!" asked Sasuke.
"Are the bells in there?" asked Naruto, standing up and walking forward.
"You?" asked Sasuke.
"Teleport jutsu," said Naruto, nudging the clothing. "Huh. He almost got away. Doubt that'll work on him again."
Sakura popped up out of a bush. "Where did you send him?"
"Oh, that way," said Naruto, pulling the bells out. "I didn't really have time to aim."
Kakashi stared around him.
The various women in the hot spring bath stared back.
Unfortunately, the few seconds of naked (except for his mask and headband) Kakashi staring at naked women passed and the immediate shock wore off.
"PERVERT!" yelled half the women there.
"Do you have anything to say for yourself?" asked someone Kakashi recognized as Anko Mitarashi.
"Would you believe that this is actually part of my testing a genin team?" asked Kakashi.
"I'd find that hard to believe," said Anko, apparently not caring that she was standing there naked in front of a nearly naked man.
"Would you believe that I'm actually undercover on an ANBU operation?" tried Kakashi.
"No, not really," said Anko.
"Ah," said Kakashi. "Right." ZOOM!
"Get him!" declared Anko.
"Towels?" asked one of the women.
"Oh, right. Towels. THEN get him!"
"Jan Ken Pon!"
Naruto drooped, his fist lowering as Sasuke smirked and Sakura gave a victory sign.
"Okay, that's one bell for me and one for Sasuke," said Sakura happily.
"Not fair, it was my jutsu that got us the bells," complained Naruto.
"I didn't need your help," said Sasuke.
"Well, that's not completely true," said someone who was not Naruto.
"WAGHHHHH!" went Naruto as he was suddenly airborne and heading for a tree.
"EEEEEK!" went Sakura as she blushed and covered her eyes. Then peeked between her fingers.
"AKKKKK!" went Sasuke as he was now heading in an uncontrolled flight for a tree. Again.
Kakashi merely grabbed his clothes and what little dignity he could, then leapt into the bushes.
"WHERE DID HE GO?!" yelled a young woman wearing a towel as she came running up.
Sasuke managed to get up and point.
"COME BACK HERE!" said the woman, running in the appropriate direction.
"GET HIM!" yelled a few more women, some pulling items of clothing on as they ran.
