SNAFU: Rebirth By Fire [Episode 25575]

He had even defeated the Phoenix Saffron. It was the last that had bestowed an ability given to but a few Mortal Beings. The gift of the Phoenix. The Flame of Rebirth. As long as his body was immersed in fire after his death, he could be reborn.

So when Nodaka had him cremated after his death, she had activated the gift, and an Egg had formed from the ashes. Kasumi had found the egg, and being more attuned to the spiritual world then the others (the spirits were so nice to her), had realized that the Egg was Ranma. So now she was taking care of it... Currently:

• She had buried it in a big pile of leaves and ignited them. It needed high heat to hatch.
• She had it over the gas burner in the kitchen. Modern appliances were so convenient.
• She had the egg wrapped in blankets. Okay, maybe it didn't need high heat.
• Okay. She wasn't in tune with the spirits and was preparing to cook the egg. (Dark)
• SE
• Yet again SE
