"Professor Snape", Hagrid spoke, "these two seem to think they're related. Brother and sister, like."
The surprised look cleared from Snape's face. "All three of you, with me, now." He strode off, not looking a second time, certain that the three of them would follow.
The three followed a moderate distance to a classroom which clearly had not been in use in some time.
Even before Hagrid had closed the door, the Potions Master had his wand out, setting several spells into place to ensure their privacy. That done, he seated himself at the front desk. As the other three gathered, he took a deep breath, and braced himself.
"You were given the name Persica at birth. Yes, you are related to Mr. Potter, as you share the same mother...but not the same father. You are half-brother and sister."
The two children hugged each other in joy, their beliefs confirmed. Hagrid, on the other hand, looks confused.
"Professor Snape, how can they be half-brother and sister? I only rescued one that horrible night."
"That is a long story. I am not going to go into it. Take the young lady and return her London. It is dangerous for her to be here. She needs to return to her adopted family. I would say the same for Mr. Potter, except the Headmaster has made his wishes on the matter... clear."
