The Konoha Kunoichi Prison, as it's name suggested, was a prison for kunoichi. Konoha uses it to house female ninjas that violate the laws of the village or turn rogue. Enemy kunoichi captured by Konoha are also housed here. Konoha also has an agreement with allied villages that they can send kunoichi who break their laws to this prison as well.
As we begin our story, the prison is receiving a new prisoner. She is escorted through the heavy gates of the facility under Anbu guard. Her hands are restrained with special handcuffs that make it impossible to form any hand signs. Who are they and why are they there?
