Ranma felt a ton better in his embrace of the two pokegirls and Asrial. With that, he muttered his thanks to them, "Thanks for sticking with me, at least my friends are better on this world."
Asrial performed the unilateral anime/manga blink-blink at the statement; he thought his friends here, a bunch of sex-pots, were better than his previous friends? How was that possible? With his curse, he was probably the butt of perverts, so he wasn't very likely to be one himself. Before she could ask the obvious question, however; she was cut-off by one of the pokegirls.
"So we're better friends, huh?" asked Britanny, unconvinced.
"Oh yeah, big-time," Ranma stated seriously. He backed up his statement with hard facts, "if it were any of them here with me, I would be expected to pull them out of it by myself!"
Shiela just stared at him, not wanting to interrupt. Britanny nodded, and Asrial asked him if he was just the best at handling things from his group of friends back in his home universe.
Ranma, staying within arms reach of one of the girls at all times, shook his head, "No, I will kinda lose my head a little bit when it comes to finding a cure for this curse. It's just that I'm one of the best martial-artists that ever walked the Earth!"
Que Ranma laughing like a maniac. (A.N. Sorry, Ranma *does* go off like this!)
"Hrm," Asrial sounded, while all the pokegirls sweat-dropped. However, she wasn't thinking necissarily of Ranma as he stated that. He reminded Asrial of her competition, Ichi-Koo; well, not so much in his demeaner, but the fact that he was a martial-artist. She did miss Jeremy, but she also knew that she was fighting a losing battle on that front. Then, Ranma caught her attention with, "I started training as soon as I could walk."
All of the campsite's occupants listened intently to Ranma's story, continually getting more and more and more annoyed with his "father." That was until...
"So, when I didn't learn it the first time... He threw me back in the pit with the ca.. ca.. cats.." Ranma shiverred.
All of the pokegirls were shocked, and they wanted to console Ranma. Yet, they had a small problem; Asrial had yanked him into a protective hug, "How dare the bastard do that!" The pokegirls' state of nervousness must have shown, because Asrial gave a surprised look, "What?!!?"
In responce, Brittany and Sheila just point to Ranma, who was turning purple in the overly tight embrace by the protective princess. After loosening her grip, Ranma coughed a bit, and continued.
The stories progressed, and by the time it had reached it's conclusion, with Ranma falling on top of a rather soft pokegirl on this world, the pokegirls in unison declared that they would never leave his side--and that they new how to share!
Asrial, however, didn't know what to make of the whole thing. Should a princess try to put up with a trainer for anything more than a shared mission and friendship? She also wondered why she would even consider it. While according to the pokegirls, some men had wives and pokegirls... "Damn it!" she thought, "a Salusian never gives up before starting, and I'm of royal lineage!"
For his part, Ranma sweatdropped at the series of very serious faces made by the alien girl, but his concern was interrupted by a noise in the distance...
"Sextome! I have at last found you! Prepare for your just rewards," demanded a figure coming from the brush, with several fighting-type pokegirls at either side.
Ranma twisted quietly to the side noting this figures simblance to Ryoga. Then, he cracked his knuckles in preparation for a fight!
"I, Ryoga Ho-biki, will make you pay for what you've done! Fight!" demanded the, apparantly on this world to, eternally lost boy!
Unfortunatly for him, Ranma still wasn't accustomed to pokegirl fights...
"Akarilady, go! Ooof!" he tried to command his pokegirl to attack, but by then he had caught a knee to his midsection.
Upon first contact, Ranma realized that this Ryoga wasn't a fighter either, and could have been seriously injured. His pokegirls, the two he had out anyway, stood in utter shock. They couldn't believe that the other trainer didn't even bother to summon a pokegirl--and ignored them!
"Hey!" the first one shouted, "That isn't fair!"
Smirking, Ranma replied, "Get used to it ladies. I'm not Ranma Sextome; I'm Ranma Saotome! If you come looking for a fight--you will get one!"
That was all the provocation the second pokegirl needed, she ran in close to punch Ranma with her enhanced strength. If Ranma had been a normal trainer, he would have been hurt badly. However, Ranma was true to his word, and made short work of the tomboy pokegirl.
Brittany, needed a fight, and jumped the second pokegirl with cat-like grace. In higher spirits due to her new trainer, Brittany was eager to prover her stuff! However, the other pokegirl had been the alpha, working her butt off to keep Ryoga on track, and a little to tired to put up a decent fight.
Score:
Ranma: 2
Brittany: 1
"Let's get out of here," suggested Asrial, as she assumed someone else might be on the other Ranma's trail. She didn't want anyone finding them just yet; she needed more information to formulate a plan of action. This was an odd place, and she just needed more to go on.
Shiela bounded over to Ranma with something in her hand, "Look Ranma! An empty pokeball! We can catch another pokegirl if we need to!"
"Thanks Shiela," Ranma commented, before adding, "We really need to get some better clothes for everyone..."
Asrial smiled, because..
